Great location, friendly staff and very comfortable bed! The shower floods the bathroom if not pointed at the wall. Old coffee left in the machine.

Great location, easy to get to the Main Street. Comfortable apartment, had most things we needed. Very cute place to stay. The heating was on all the time, and we had no way to control it, apart from opening windows (which felt absolutely awful for the environment). Also, some of the cutlery/utensils hadn’t been washed properly when we came to use them. There was also no washing up liquid.

Beautiful property, centrally located. Everything was super clean. Staff very friendly. The check in was late (4pm) but staff did say they could make it available from 3pm but we were already out on an excursion.

Property was well-located - close to town centre, shops, and restaurants. Our room was great, with a gorgeous view. We initially had an issue getting into our original room, but the staff quickly resolved it, offering us an identical room on the top floor or a bigger on the lower floor. We also rented ski equipment and needed storage, and although we couldn’t keep it in our room, they kindly let us store it safely in a ‘storage’ room near the reception. A big thank you to Lydia for her being so helpful and accommodating. She was so friendly and made our stay great!

Modern and stylish apartments, some floors have barrier-free access. It's within walking distance of the city center and has beautiful views from the window. Clean bathroom and a small cooking corner. It was hot as hell in the sleeping area under the roof for half the night. The ventilation was just terrible. That's why we didn't sleep, because it was just impossible. And it wasn't even summer yet. Do something about it, please.

Brand new place. Very stylish, great ambience. The location was superb. Very close to the center. a park right next to the house with a kid playground. The best coffee place in the city is just down the street. I managed to pay everything with a card but i had to pay this ECO fee of 40 zloty at the reception and they wanted to get cash for it. I didnt receive a receipt nothing, bit weird and i had to use a shady ATM where i probably paid crazy fees. Nothing major, but why would you not accept a card payment for this.

AC somehow was only for heating in our room. One of the roller blinds to the terrace entrance was broken but overall it did not impact the pleasant stay at all.

1. The under roof bed is comfy and cozy, but we were during spring time (beginning of May) and there was no fresh air under the roof. We have to open all the windows in the room to let more air. So recommend keeping track of the season and avoid in medium-warm/hot times. 2. Sofa is not comfy for sleeping (I've slept there with the 7 years old kid) I felt back pain all the days we were in the facility.
