Food

The location of the property which has sentimental value for me. The food was not as good as it used to be and the room was warm. I couldn’t control the temperature as easily as I’d like.

Great gym - one of the best I have seen in any hotel. Yoga on the roof. Squash room. Good spa.

The hotel is in very nice, quiet location, very close to the entrance of the National Park. Very good, expansive breakfast, helpful staff, daily cleaning. Used the spa facilities with additional fees (massages, private whirlpool, etc) and we liked it. The size of the room is above average, plenty of space. It is a quite large hotel, catering mainly to families with kids, so for us, an older couple, it was not a very good fit. The pool, the hot tub and saunas very always Very busy and noisy. Not the hotel's fault, we just didn't realized it will be so crowded with kids. The parking is overpriced.

Nothing

Exceptional stay with spa, swimming pool, and location (close to city center, but far enough to stay quiet)

Viewing from my room, unfortunately no luck this time

Room was clean, but run down. No AC in the room, while facing south. Breakfast was decent, but “no takeaway” policy for a mountain resort hotel, when people want to hit trails and have at least a sandwich with them, does not make sense.

Nice hotel, good dinner. The bed was miniature...2 thin person can't sleep well together. Unfortunately, the dinner ends too early. The wellness close for 2 hours in the middle of the day, and everybody have to go out without any reason... For this price, it is very very weak. :(

The location is approx a 12-minute walk to the town's main street. We didn't hire a car. However we managed very well. The hotel is a bit old, probably late 70s & early 80s. But that's ok as otherwise it is well equipped. The Internet connection is strong, too. Although we didn't make use of them, there's a spa, kids' play room & an indoor pool. There's also a glass lift that overlooks a lovely garden with a fountain & upstairs there's a panoramic view. We went to Zakopane for the first time, just sightseeing. Although we didn't go skiing, the hotel is situated close to skiing areas. Just down the road from the hotel, there are bars, restaurants, shops & convenience stores. The room was spacious for 3 people. We were on the first floor. There was a terrace overlooking the car park, with the mountains in the distant background. The room's very cosy, had tea making facilities, and a practical bathroom with shower gel bottles fixed in the shower cubicle. There were also bathrobes in the wardrobe to use for the spa. The staff are very friendly & helpful. The place is very clean. The reception area is very large & welcoming. What is the best thing about the hotel? Without a doubt its their breakfast! It was so varied & catered for everyone, including vegan & lactose items. It's a buffet breakfast. The breakfast area is large & overlooks mountains & a small forest. We were there during New Year & the hotel was lovely decorated with Christmas decorations & lights. Highly recommended! The double bed was quite small. We asked for another duvet, which we got.

The breakfast was really good. The swimming area was quite spacious except it opened quite late after 9 am (usual opening time as advertised). N/A
