The room was spacious and clean. Breakfasts were delicious, great selection of food and regional products. Dinners were also very decent, served as a buffet. We only had one set of fresh towels for the 2-night stand. The personnel perhaps forgot to swap to the fresh ones on the second day. The saunas and pools were a bit overcrowded, but that was most likely due to high season.

From the moment we arrived, we did not feel welcome at all. The receptionist with shoulder-length black hair rolled her eyes when i went to check in and, at the same time, spoke angrily to another staff member in Polish. I couldn’t understand whether I had done something wrong or what we had done to deserve such an attitude. In addition, we were given incorrect information about the location of the room. I definitely do not recommend the spa area: the floors were extremely slippery, the interior design and layout were not relaxing, the steam sauna was so cold that my toes started freezing, and there were very few relaxation areas. The hot tubs were only located in the pool area, which was full of children and overcrowded. It was also surprising that in a hotel that considers itself a four-star hotel, there wasn’t even soap in the bathroom to wash hands. Very disappointed, and I recommend choosing alternative hotels in Zakopane.

The conference room is superb, the food provided was excellent. Overall the staff was helpful and everything was nice. Our company was tehre for a 3rd time, and i will be happy when we will be there again. Even tho the hotel looks modern, sometimes you can find details that show some wear and tear. What was a total let-down was the wellness and pool facility. The swiming pool itself was ok, a lot of families with childeren were there when we were there, but that's not the hotels fault. The saunas and the sauna area was poorly designed. Ignoring that most people didn't respect the rules and etiquette (e.g. being in saunas in swimsuits and most were loud), the floorplan was really weird. The showers offer no privacy when cooling down from the saunas, no cooling pool, only showers and a small ice-basin. So in short, if the hotel overall is a 5/5, the sauna area is a 2/5.

Very family friendly, the room was comfortable with the whole family and stuff. The breakfast had no allergen labelling, and there was no plant milk available for the coffee.

Few members from the staff were not very friendly, quite rude to be honest. We had a terrible experience during New Year’s Eve dinner. Minibar only keeps your drink cold, it’s not a mini refrigerator which is ok depending on what you need. Bring your own hairdryer if you need a good one.

Fantastic facilities for children, great soft play in both residences. Spa and pool was great. Outdoor play park amazing. Ridiculous temperature in the whole hotel, couldn’t cool room down so slept with window open. Kids play area was set to 29*c and locked box, unreal. All kids so red and hot and parents also. Parking 40zl seems overly expensive given nothing special. For this standard of hotel I think it should be included. Breakfast ok but not as good as others in Zakopane. We tried the restaurant on the main road. Service and atmosphere was fantastic but food disappointed a little, overcooked kotlet one day and very oily potatoe pancakes the next.
