Nice and cozy hotel in the outskirts of Zakopane. 25 Minutes walk to the center. Varied breakfast and good SPA facilities. Friendly and positive staff. In the summer it can get a bit hot in the room, despite the powerful fan that was available. The walk back from the city can be a bit steep with the hills.

breakfast, sauna, pool Reception lady was not helpful to explain things, would be nice if she meet with guests with more smiles in face not strictness. Paying for parking wasn’t expected to be this much expensive- 30zl per day. Reception didn’t mention it when we came.

The Staff are friendly and always try to understand you even when they don't speak English. Buffet style breakfast and dinner was very good and well priced. My room was a little hot to warm for my liking, but this is a person thing so not there issue.

The SPA option and continental breakfast! Outdated facilities, which was a bit too old for the paid price.

Saunas, jacuzzi. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was on the last floor and because of the shape of the roof, it was very narrow the space between the bed and the wall.

the view outside the window. only 1 trashcan in the room and no fridge. also the room was a bit too crowded for 3 people.

Nice and clean hotel, good value for money. Good location, 25 minutes walk from Krupowki, but also there is a bus stop a minute walk from the hotel. Very nice swimming pool and good selection of spa treatments. Delicious breakfast. Although very clean, rooms could benefit from a small upgrade. Mostly problematic was lack of power sockets in convenient locations to charge electronics.

Was walking distance to the ski resort around 18 min, great breakfast and pool area was really nice as well. Needs more options to charge you phone in the room As I had to use the socket in the bathroom

Nice and cosy with great leisure facilities. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful. Man on reception desk was very helpful & friendly. A little bit outside town but local buses pass hotel so easy to get to Main Street

Good location, has the sauna and good breakfast The rug in our room was totally dirty - there was huge wine or coffee stains all over it.
