A bit far from the city

Good location, great staff, good breakfast, swimming pool and saunas are very very good and very modern. Bedrooms are not very comfortable, in our case the bed was placed between two walls making it only accessible by bottom side, the mattress was too soft and the pillows were very tall, overall time spent in the bedroom was not very comfortable.

Reasonable price, nice variety of food at breakfast, helpful staff. Spa zone up to expectations, especially saunas - new and neat, not crowded, variety of temperatures. Sound isolation not ideal but not too bad either. A bit remote from the skiing areas, but also no problem when using tax, bus, or own car.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly stuff. Excellent and modern sauna. Delicious breakfasts. Great location as a base to visit Tatras.

Polite and competent staff, delicious breakfasts, and a large, beautiful territory. The room was comfortable with a lovely mountain view. The spa area was very clean — the pool and jacuzzi were spotless, and the saunas were cozy and pleasant. I’m planning to stay at this hotel again for my next vacation. There was no hairdryer in the room, but you can request one at the reception. It would be nice to receive towels when entering the spa area instead of using the ones provided in the room.

Great place and location, close to bus stop. The size of bed, standard size is smaller then Canadian double I think.

Very nice wellness, great pool + a few saunas. Very good breakfast. No problem with parking. Great idea - viewing "tower" on top of the hotel. Last night a group of people came to have a party. Very noisy till 3 AM, playing music, driking alcohol. This is unacceptable for such relaxing and family friendly hotel!!! Too expensive lunch-dinner (served 4-6 PM). No dinneer option in the evening. Nearby restaurants closed out of season.

The room was clean and tidy, with an incredible view of the mountains. It was very quiet in the room. The staff was very kind and helpful. They helped us with many things. The service definitely exceeded my expectations. Everything was good.

Wonderful spa zone with warm pool, the best jacuzzi ever and 4 saunas (2 hot, 1 steam and 1 infrared), very clean and new. Breakfast was best of the best!! Very good and helpful stuff. Location is not very far from restaurants and amuse facilities. Big parking place. Mountain scenery and Zakopane styled houses - what can be better? :) All was amazing!

The breakfast was amazing, loads of local options such as the mountain cheeses. Spa was convenient after a long day walking. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location ideal only a short bus ride away from the centre in a peaceful village. Room was spotless due to hard work from their cleaning team. I really enjoyed my stay here and will certainly visit again. Nothing, everything was good.

Beautiful luxury hotel with wellness. Rooms were spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast with wide variety of food is included. Swimming pool, saunas and jacuzzi are possible to enjoy without extra cost. There is a free parking. Everything was OK

Exceptional

SPA facilities were really nice, especially after long and active day exploring the nature. On first evening when we arived, there were just two of us who used SPA facilities. Pillows were really uncomfortable.
