Hotel Rzemieślnik Zakopane

The room was clean and fairly modern. Disappointing stay - far below expectations. The hotel photos and descriptions are misleading; in reality, it feels more like a standard roadside motel. We booked a "double room with city view," but were placed at the far end of the hallway next to housekeeping storage carts. The "city view" was just a view of an adjacent parking lot and a dumping area for the store near the hotel. The room was clean and modern, but extremely cramped and minimally equipped: Outlets: Only one per bedside and one in the bathroom - insufficient for charging multiple devices. Amenities: No mini-fridge, and the tea/coffee tray was terribly uninviting. Comfort: Narrow beds, flat pillows, and weak, barely hot water shower pressure. Bathroom: Extremely tight space, with cheap plastic cups, no shelving for toiletries, no amenities provided, and an all-in-one soap dispenser inside the shower. It’s fine for a quick, basic one-night crash pad, and it would be nice if they described it as such. But if you want a cozy, authentic Zakopane experience, look elsewhere.

There was no fridge in the rooms

The staff was very kind and the check-in process was quick. The beds were comfortable. The location was fantastic and was walking distance from the main shopping/restaurant area. The hotel is right next to a grocery store so that was incredibly convenient and helpful! We arrived from Krakow which had high temperatures/heatwave so we were very grateful for the cool mountain air and rain. Although there's no AC or a fan, the breeze from opening our window was enough to circulate the air in the room and allow us comfort. It was also lovely listening to the rain with the window open. The full bed was two twin beds pushed together. This wasn't terrible as the beds are comfortable, but just something to keep in mind when you're booking! Also our room was a bit small so it was a bit of an obstacle to deal with our luggage and items, but we made it work.

I loved everything! The location is close to the center, it's incredibly clean and comfortable, I'm truly pleasantly surprised, excellent place, the reception staff are very friendly, I highly recommend it ?? Nothing

Location is only few minutes walk from the main street I have been paid for breakfast but administrator charged me for extra 60€ for 3 days because she can’t see in the system that breakfast is included.

The terace with view to mountants are in conference room and not so easy available as described in hotels account.

Front desk staff were friendly and informative. We were able to park our car in their lot prior to check in which allowed us to hike in Tatra Mountains for the day. Good for an overnight stay. WIFI was great. OK value given that Zakopane is a very touristy area. Parking is 50 PLN for overnight but considering that parking anywhere in the town or lots was expensive it was a good deal. Ride the public bus to the national park with bus stop 3 blocks away. The double room is very small as is the bathroom. No AC. No refrigerator.

Location was very good. The front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. Hotel and Rooms looked renovated. The whole place was very clean. The size of the room and bathroom. The rooms were pretty small. The bathroom was very narrow. I wish the parking was included in the price of the room.

Location and breakfast were good also the room the bed was little small beside that everything was excellent . Staff were super friendly . I’ll return again .
