Location is perfect, recommend. Communication with owner is poor. I wrote 3 messages asking her to make an invoice for me but she didn't answer. Shower drain was clogged so the water was there for a long time. Luckily our booking was for 1 day only.

The view was very nice. The breakfast was delicious It could do with a little modernization

The property had a stunning view of the mountains and Zakopane below and it was also big enough for us all to be and sleep. The property didn’t have a table to sit at or any tea/coffee making facilities like it had said on the booking information. This made it difficult when the children were sleeping and couldn’t leave the room to get tea/coffee. It was also wasn’t cleaned to a great standard. There were dog hairs and even dog food pellets in places which made it a little itchy and isn’t great when you have a young one playing on the floors.

is in a perfect location, owners are wonderful. TV

View was out of this world. We could also spot the Starlink SatellitesTrain at night. Host was a good couple and a young man. They all were courteous welcoming. Loved them. Breakfast was average but i would not expect more for a homestay with limited guests. Bed, bedsheets, towels etc were overly used. overall everything was clean. Except Tea Kettle. It was very very dirty. We couldn’t use towels and bodywash and kettle. You have to get your own.

The place had the best view of the area! Depending on the season and the hour you arrive, you might have to fight your way through a crowd to reach the destination, the hotel being at the end of the main street of Gubałówka. If you are traveling with the motorcycle: Stick to the paved road, it will take you to the Willa. The rooms and showers were newly renovated or built (couldn't tell). We had a balcony with a majestic view. The breakfast was great. multiple options and plenty of everything. Getting here might seem tricky, but it's possible and worth it

Superb

Owners are supper nice 1- Almost all the attractions are broken from the pool table to the swings 2- the towels are simply not been washed or dried in a while 3- the room is nothing similar to the one on the photo 4- no signboard to indicate the location

I would recommend it as a good place to stay with kids for several days, you will have an awesome experience! Room equipment requires some renovation, also the kettle in the room was dirty with stinking water inside (I believe because it was forgotten).

Great place Dishes for breakfast wasnt to clean, dirty towel im the room

Nice place with very helpful and kind staff, view of the Tatra Mountains and tasty breakfasts. However, my experience was ruined by the lack of hot water in the shower, which I dreamed of after a very hard day of hiking. If I had known the water would be cold, I would never have chosen this place. The water in the shower was barely warm or (last evening and morning) completely cold. If you are looking for a place for peaceful regeneration after hiking with a calm, pleasant shower, this is not it.

This place is on the mountain. This is good and bad. Good - you have the most amazing views straight from your balcony. Bad - it is not easy to get there. There is an elevator to/from the mount Gubalowka, but is costs 30 zl. We hiked up and down, but is not easy. Hosts are very nice and helpful, rooms are basic but comfortable. Hard to get there. Steep uphill by car and getting through the crowd on Gubalowka. If you plan hiking in the mountains - better choose hotel in Zakopane downtown. It you want to rest, to have an amazing view and take slow time - place is for you.

Panorama from our room was great, the breakfast was delicious and well worth it. In the winter season its a little bit tricky to find the place, if you are in Zakopane for the first time.
