The bed was slightly uncomfortable and very springy, it could use a new or slightly harder mattress. Otherwise, we loved everything about the stay.

Room facilities vere generaly ok, interior is nice as well, mountain view and convenient location. I'm sorry, but it's not worth the price and score does not reflect the experience. To list a few negatives: The photos are misleading, they are wide angle making the room seem much larger than it is. There was no cleaning or fresh towels or anything during our stay. Only single hanger in the closet was not enough space to store any clothes. I'm not picky usualy but the mattress is one of the worst I've ever experienced in my life. There are no chars in the room, so you dont have anywhere to sit but the bed pretty much. No hairdryer Only one small trashcan in the bathroom. Where to put anything else like bottles? Insulation is non-existent, you can hear people talking in the hallway like they are in your room. And to top it all of other people were storing their shoes in the hallway like it's some hostel. There was also some kind of a children's party where they used the hallway as the venue until about 22 o'clock. The kids also tried to enter our room too...

There is a nice playground in the back of the building, which is nice for kids. Location is also good, close to the supermarket and the restaurant across the street. View from the room is amazing. Check the room number before booking. The rooftop room isn’t good, there’s not enough space to stand up while taking a shower. The beds aren’t comfortable, and honestly, the room we were given wasn’t suitable for a family of four.

Great value for money, parking was a plus, breakfast was sensational. Good location as well. The bed was uncomfortable and it was hot during the night and the room facing the street was loud with an open window.

It's a very cozy apartment, near to Zakopane city center. The view is amazing, there is a little supermarket under the building. The room is well equipped, we got welcome water, tea, shampoo ect. Extremely clean bathroom. A huge like to the breakfast. A lot of varieties, delicious food The bed is not so comfy :(

The location was great! It's further from the city center, so there weren't too many people around and we got a room with a balcony on the top floor with a view to the mountains which we enjoyed a lot. On the first floor of the hotel there is a grocery store and an ATM is located outside as well. Pharmacy is 2 minute walk from the hotel. There were two parking lots, so plenty of space for a car as well. The walls are quite thin so you can hear your neighbours talking easily. The bed was too soft for us, but we sleep on a hard one at home, so it depends. Breakfast was more of a limited choice, but there was some variety every day.
