The location is super close to the city center and easy to find. We paid a little extra to park, but it was smooth. The staff was very kind. The place was clean and we had no issues. I recommend the hotel. The breakfast was not exceptional, but it was decent enough. We had to pay a little extra to park, and although it was not much, I think they shouldn't charge it, or embed to the price of the stay to avoid surprises.

The location of the place is perfect. 10 min walk to heart of the city. If you drive there is parking available for additional fee. Rooms were clean, a bit on smaller side but extremely well planned out. Plenty of pillows and extra blankets. The breakfast hours might not work for early birds as they are a bit late, 8 to 10 am. The food is AMAZING. I travel a lot internationally and I've never had breakfast like this, not even at a lot more expensive 5 star hotels. Everything freshly made, a mix of warm dishes (sausage, eggs, etc) and traditional European cheeses, cold cuts. Plenty of pastries and fresh fruits. Also vegetarian options. I have food allergies and staff was able to tell me what was safe for me to eat and offered to make me something custom if I didn't find what I liked. We stayed in few rooms with bigger group of people and everyone was very happy. I am definitely coming back.

The hotel was homey. Staff was really kind. There is a pool table which you can play whenever you want free of charge. Breakfast changed day by day and was really good and tasty. You can open windows if you need fresh air, you can use heater ir you are too cold. There is an elevator. The location was great, easy to reach the old town and easy to access the road where the buses go to national park. -

Superb location, great staff, nice room with tall ceiling, spacious shower room, comfy beds, great breakfast. Furniture is a bit shabby, some needs replacement; no air conditioning; no mosquito nets on windows; only a few rooms have balconies.

Location was good, room classic style, there is no condition inside. In the room there are ability to prepare coffee and tea. Parking cost extra. No cleaning service. Reception didnt provide any additional info about city but collected city taxes

A new and clean hotel. Lovely breakfast. Good attitude of the staff. Quiet location. A booking.com scam. Their website promised a cash payment for the stay. But the website demanded my card details for the booking. As a result, the funds were charged without my consent, and when I checked into the hotels, hotel’s staff said that they couldn't do anything, because the payment was made online. Lie number two. The booking.com website claims that the hotel offers meals. This is not true. There are no lunches or dinners at the hotel. None at all. Only breakfasts.
