The Villa is very well placed in Zakopane; the amenities are absolutely magnificent (Access to Sauna, Jacuzi., BBq). The host makes you feel at home with warmth and hospitality. The Internet can be slow sometimes; due to the placement.

It was really well equipped, bery clean and had amazing view from the balcony. Also the host talked well in English and was very friendly. Also air conditioning was a huge advantage.

Great location - close to the city for a walk on foot or taxi, everything else is pretty close to (Kasprowy Wierch, Jaszczerowka, etc.) Good view on Tatry from the bedroom and balcony. Breakfast could've been better (no coffee machine).

1 Very clean room. 2 All amenities. 3 Mountain view. 4 Quiet street, not a transit street. 5 Freshly renovated. If you want to relax after a long hike in the mountains, then this hotel is for you. Quiet hour from 22:00 to 6:00

!!They charged me an extra amount of money that is nowhere specified, saying that it is a bank fee of 12% for conversion because I paid with a foreign card (in my case, 103 zln). Nowhere in my booking confirmation is specified this, and nowhere in the property description is this detail. I checked with my bank and they do not have such a commission, therefore it is a fee of the property's bank. Bed is so soft, that 2 persons literally fall over each other if one is smaller. Coffee from the breakfast is horrible, instant coffee more exactly. The location of the villa is right next to a farm I guess, they had horses and sheep. The street is not paved, and because there was no snow, it was literally only mud. Ugory Ski slope that is right near the property is very little and was not maintained at all, there were big portions of mud (there was no snow in February during my stay, but other ski slopes we went were great Harenda, Gubalowska). The owner does not answer the phone at all, we tried to contact him before going for some details.

The room was modern, clean and the view was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious however if you dont arrive in time there is not much left. There is no water or juice with the breakfast, and the coffee was not the best.

Accommodation was very comfortable. Very spacious rooms, comfy beds. Tea/coffee facilities in room with kettle. TV with remote control. Pleasant hosts, very welcoming and accommodating. Close to ski lift for beginners slope. Property located on the outskirts of the centre of Zakopane and ideal for those wishing to have more of a peaceful holiday. Would recommend. On the whole there wasn't really anything to dislike. However the property is situated about a 10 minute drive from the centre and if you do not have a hire car then taxis are the main use of transport. Taxi fares are 40zl, roughly £8.00. Very affordable!

Place was well decorated. Shop a short walk up the road. Fantastic surroundings Difficult to book, had to pay a deposit through paypal. Ended up paying nearly 10% more than the booking.com quoted price. A little dusty. Only 1 mirror.

The view is amazing. Also, there is a jacuzzi and sauna. Room is just like in the photos. The owner is not at the apartments all the time. We needed help, with jacuzzi (someone used it and it turned off), and we couldn’t solve the problem alone, but we were so tired, that we went in jacuzzies nearly warm water and went to sleep. ??? Also, bed is not as comfortable as we wished. ?

Great place, host is amazing.

Property is quite and peaceful, it is very good for the people who use their own transportation. Public transportation is 850 mt away from the property, and public transport is not so frequent in Zakopane.
