Room was a bit small with the open child bed (and the bed itself wasn't so comfortable).

Impressive building structure, very clean, really accommodating,kind and helpful staff. The room (no 1) was too small for 4 people, the sofa bed had a very thin mattress in bad condition (see photos )and it wasn't comfortable at all, it's unacceptable for the amount of money this room was charged. The room wasn't looking like the photos. It's not in a quite place, other tourist facilities are literally next to it, we were hearing the venting machines of the restaurant right in front of the facility. Breakfast was a let down. Overall, I wouldn't say it's worth its money as an experience.

This is one of the best stays we’ve had….anywhere in the world! Clean, comfortable and well serviced by staff. Delicious breakfast, very quiet location and still close to some spectacular hikes. Spa facilities are oarsome too. With 9 double rooms, this place would be perfect for corporate or private functions

A lovely place outside the rush of centre Zakopane. The room looked beautiful in pictures but it really did exceed expectations, we loved it. Breakfast was quite good with lots of options. Staff was very nice Only thing that was sub-optimal was the wifi signal which barely reached our room

The building is georgeous. The staff is very nice Nobody speaks any other language than polish. We speak hungarian, german, english, spanish..... no use

Amazingly friendly staff. Able to request additional items for breakfast. Quiet and peaceful. Close to the Mountain trail +_restaurants nearby. Good parking. Disappointed that the hot tub had not been fixed and was no longer in use in the sauna area.

Spacious room. Beatiful hotel design. Great brekfast and very helpful hotel owner. She washed and dried our clothes after a very rainy day

The looks of the property (inside and outside), and the polite and helpful staff I’m not sure what the cleaner’s routine was, but the room was rather messy (garbage not thrown away, missing toilet paper etc.)

Large rooms and good location very good breakfast We got initially a dofferent room than what we ordered but in the end problem solved and got the roght room

Very good location, not far away from the frequently visited parts of the city, but very peaceful and quiet neighborhood, restaurants and bus stops are only a few minutes walk, tidy and comfotable rooms. Very good breakfast.

The staff were fantastic. Very helpful .. the room was spacious bed was comfortable Not a complaint but I think vegetarians are always forgotten about. I struggled at breakfast time. I would have been happy with a slice of toast but there wasnt any bread. The 2nd morning no fruit , yoghurts or milk for cereal so other than orange juice had nothing

it is a beautiful house timber house with not too many rooms. Breakfast was great, although there was only one staff in the mornings so she couldn't be fast enough alone. Staff were really helpful, although only the manager speaks english, who is not there all the time. the carpark was super slippery covered with ice, although there was hardly any snow. Town centre is far on foot, so you have to drive.
