No one was answering the phone when we ended up without electricity at the room. After on hour one someone picked the phone but didn't speak English and hanged up the phone!

Really nice apartment, loved the balcony. Everything is really clean and pretty new. Great location.

Great location , near all the attractions, stores , restaurants,. The place was clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was wonderful . Would recommend to family and friends. Walking up the stairs to the 2 floor with luggage was a little bit difficult.

Some broken items which were not fixed even after reported. Dishwasher is an example that had a fault code resulting us not being able to use it. Curtain too small in ground floor apartment so whoever was sleeping there was visible from the outside. Bathroom handle came off as broken. Not enough car park. Wifi absolutely useless.

Luxurious and modern. Helpful, patient, friendly staff. The property was beautiful, however where it had suffered damages (6 Danusia) they had not been attended to and it felt a little unfinished and messy at times. Specifically (and only) damage by the entrance door on the wall (large cracks/missing sections of wall) and also due to a poor shower design, clearly there had been some flooding in the bathroom before which has caused the fascia of the bathroom door to warp and this needs attention too. The rest of the apartment was fantastic, clean, functional, luxurious and we would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful mountain log house .. really clean and really close to centre of town (Krupówki ) I don’t have any things what I not like ..

I loved the cleanliness, the lots of coffee, lots of towels, beds were comfortable. Besides food and noises everything was just perfect. The noice was awful - we heard everything that was happening outside and next door and as the property is next to the road, it was hard to fall asleep due to huge amount of noises from neighbours and the street. The breakfast was not worth the money- all 3 mornings received bread, cheese and meet for sandwiches and couple extras, but it we will come again then would take breakfast somewhere else- the same price as in the restaurant but just for sandwiches every day and before hiking it was really poor for energy. In the first morning we got just for 2 people but we were 3 in the apartment, on the last 2 mornings it was proper amount of food, but still just sandwiches..
