We booked a room with a balcony but didn't expect that it was shared with neighbour. It wouldn't have mattered but this time unfortunally that guest smoked quite often in the balcony and the smell came straight inside our room also. It was so hot we had to keep door&window open most of the time. If you don't mind soneone is smoking next to you on same balcony then it's alright. But everything else is just fine in this little guesthouse. It looks that children enjoyed a lot, there was so many activities outside to the kids. Parking area had lot of space. We had a camper and it fit well in the back yard.

Cozy and clean place. Friendly staff at entrance to welcome. Kitchen open to use. Fridge next to rooms for use. Accommodations were pleasant. Pool table in the game room. Location close to bus stops. Price affordable. The heating system is not self serviced by the client, it’s run by the staff, therefore, the room was too cold at night during December. Internet WiFi was a bit weak.
