Amazing hospitality Nothing

They had the same fresh and tasty breakfast every morning, the utensils were clean, everything was clean. We served traditional Greek pastry, including Portokalopita. The pool was also very nice, the view from the room is amazing and the proximity to the sea is great as well. The cleaning service was good starting with the second day. The neighborhood is quiet. Parking needs to be done on the street. Arriving too late might give you a little trouble since the street is narrow and full by midnight. We honestly regret booking this place at this price (560€ for 5 nights). It was not good value for the money... We split our holiday into two separate accommodations, leaving Stefania Apartments at the end, believing this one will be the créme a la créme. At arrival we noticed the following: broken fridge (broken shelves and for the first 2 days it HEATED instead of cooling our food); ants in the hallway, kitchen and bathroom; sticky and greasy bed headrest, dust everywhere, stained and worn lamp shades, dead moskito on the wall still hanging there (picture attached). The bathroom is indescribable and the door looks horrible (photo attached). You could see someone rushed to clean the toilet seat, flush button, shower heads and glass with a rag, everything was still wet but nonetheless dirty, sticky and it smelled gross!!! The bathroom's door handle has never been cleaned, it was sticky and dusty. The kitchen has a hood, but there's no use for it since there is no stove. There's no sink in the bathroom, only in the bedroom. The faucet had old grout around it. The drain has a gross stench and even if you keep the bathroom's door shut, the odor still exits through the sink in the bedroom. There are spots where you could still see areas that have never been cleaned since renovation, especially in the bathroom. There's no liquid soap/sponge for the dishes. We ate some fruit and used one of the plates and one knife, put them in the sink and went out. When we returned, we noticed there was an ant invasion so my husband went to ask for dish detergent and a sponge. The lady said to leave the plate as it is in the sink because service has already been available in the morning, prior to our arrival, and if we need sponge and dish soap we should go and buy from the supermarket. I didn't want to ruin my holiday fighting with the owners so we went to the supermarket and bought cleaning supplies. I wasted a couple of hours cleaning everything.

Ocean front with nice pool, amazing views from balcony/room. Very delicious breakfast served daily

- Rooms and property look exactly like in the pictures. Everything was clean and well taken care of. - We had a family room and the bed in our bedroom was very comfortable. - Nice balcony with sea view. - Nice and tasty breakfast. The hosts were very attentive and refilled fast if something was missing. - silent and private location - there is a nice restaurant next-door with tables next to the seafront and tasty food - The entrance into the sea is very stony for the first 5-6 meters. Afterwards it is sandy but coming in and out of the water was not fun, especially the kids did not like it. - There is no parking at the property - you need to park on the street in front of the property. The street is narrow, and I assume in high season it is very full. We were there in October and most of villas on the street were closed so we have always found a parking place. - In our family room, there was a kitchen that had an exhaust hood but there was no cooking plate available. For someone who wants to cook or make something warm this might be a problem. Also the table and cooking ware could be better - The beds for the kids in the living room were not that cozy - you need a car for getting there and to other locations. the area is quite remote. - the price could have been lower for October

The view from the room is very nice, you can see both the pool and the sea. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is very basic, it's mostly the same stuff every day, not that many options. However, they had some great portokalopita from time to time.

Amazing apartment and rooms just by the sea, with lovely swimming pool, super friendly owner and impeccable cleaning. The breakfast is also ok, we asked always Greek coffe extra every day )) maybe the broken fornitures by the sea, could have been changed

Very nice view Nothing

The hotel was in a quiet place by the sea and this is what we expected beforehand mostly and what we really liked. Hotel was very clean and kept up with it daily. When ever we needed something at night i.e. botle of wine, drinks etc. we just went downstairs and got them from the fridge and paid on the next day. The balcony was just so good to sit there in the evenings for a glass of wine and chat with the sound of distant waves and crickets in the background in the air were what I liked and missed most. There were a few restaurants within walking distance, which gave us an opportunity to have nice walks in the evenings. The restaurants themselves were OK too; we liked especially Vikos in where all the staff and owners were so welcoming with smiley faces. The owner if the Stephania Apartments was so easy going and clear on every thing. He was so helpful and welcoming with his own character. We personally really liked him very much. I would like to thank him here again. If I ever go back on holiday to Zakynthos, I would definitely go and stay at this place again. None

Excellent place,the best comfortable bed and pillow. Highly recommend Breakfast could be improved. Loved to have eggs every day,and olive however, they need to provide some fruits which we did not get it at all.

The water was clean, there were a lot of fish, hermit crabs in the water, and the beach was very good for snorkeling. The breakfast was very good and you could eat pots of different things. The place had daily room service, the rooms were cleaned while customers were having breakfast. The pool is heated and very clean. This is a very quiet place, recommended for families.

We were staying in the biggest appartment of the hotel and it was more than amazing ? from the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The breakfast was really delicious. The location is not central (30-40 minutes from the airport by taxi) but this makes the area really quiet and perfect for a leisure vacation. Directly on the right side of the hotel there is the typical Greek taverna which serves the best tasting traditional food. We did also eat in the central part of the island in a fancy restaurant but the food in this taverna was better and cheaper. If we would like to stay only in the hotel, we could easily have done that. But a boat tour is definitely a must. So if you want a leisure vacation in a beautiful hotel, just go for this one. Everything was perfect!

Madam Stefania and her husband are just amazing. The Wi-Fi coverage and internet stability can be improved. It was very unstable and the speed was slow and not consistent

Everything was there that was needed. Car rental was even arranged for us. Rooms were amazing. Nothing that I can think of.
