Diana Hotel

The roof pool was excellent, great place to relax and enjoy the views of the city and ocean. Enjoyed the bar up there too, to order cold water or soda while at pool area. Everything was nice

The hotel is centrally located in the main square, Solomon Square, in Zakynthos port. It is a traditional hotel with full breakfast included. There is a rooftop pool and bar which are nice. Our room, room 302, had a foul odor. We called the staff and they came to the room and sprayed it with countless chemicals. The scent would just come back. They tried to treat it, but at the point, we should have been offered a different room. We had to spray antibacterial spray every few hours and never uncovered the problem. We had two rooms, room 302 and 102, with 102 not having the same problem for the entire stay but had the smell for the first two days. Both rooms struggled in terms of air conditioning and that too was never really resolved in our room. We had to have it running morning through night for 5 days straight to cool the room, but also had to open the veranda a few times because the smell in the room was never bearable. I think the stay could have been wonderful if the room was attended to properly or we were offered another room. I will not be back, and plus 8 is too high for this hotel in terms of rating: it’s a 7 at best.

Very convenient Location just by St Mark Square where all restaurants, stores are! Walkable distance to the beach. Very clean hotel with a helpful and friendly staff. Pool was a great addition to our stay there Breakfast could have mote healthy options

Absolutely loved this hotel & would go back in a heartbeat! The staff were incredible too & so helpful - Denise & Kela in the restaurant, thank you so much for the super delicious breakfasts & service! Sophia & Angela on reception, superstars for all of their info, massively appreciated all of your help & Eirini as well for her efficient communication & assistance following the changes I needed to make to the booking. We had the family room on the top floor which was perfect for us, so spacious & the two bathrooms came in so handy. The cleaning service was superb too, with fresh towels every day & bath robes & slippers, which were handy out on the huge balcony! The beds were super comfy too. And the view was just absolutely incredible, I could sit there all day & look out at the sea & amazing churches. This room was just the best also to watch the Easter traditions, couldn't ask for a better view! The pool had just been refurbished & it was absolutely stunning up there - we had the place to ourselves too which was lovely. The bar serves fantastic G&Ts too! The kids loved the pool table also by the way & kept them occupied & off their phones for a bit! It is perfectly located next to everything & parking along the seafront was easy, with only a few minutes walk to the hotel.

The location was perfect - very central and close to everything. The staff were also very kind. My room had a few issues that needed to be fixed and they got them sorted. The breakfast was okay too - the usual stuff as well as a good selection of pastries. It's a pretty old hotel overall and it's obvious that it's not maintained yet. Had multiple issues in the bathroom. What I am most disappointed in though is the poor wi-fi. One of the reasons I picked this hotel was that it had good wi-fi reviews. It turned out to be absolutely useless and I ended up using my mobile data (which wasn't brilliant either, but that may be dependent on the location of the specific room).

I would definately recommend choosing the Diana Hotel!

I went during the off-season, so they were doing maintenance works, the door was not locking on the first room so they changed me to a different room, which was ok. In the gym, none of the machines were working, but upon raising my concern, they were repaired in 24 hours. So overall it was nice!

The place of the hotel is identical for winter season. The breakfast delicious and rich. The room was clean. The personel polite, helpful and friendly. The bathroom very small. Some water always in the floor.
