I really liked the staff, the location, the fact that it had parking! The rooms were comfortable, just a bit outdated, but good for a good night’s sleep! The bathroom needed some updating. The tub wasn’t draining well, the position of the shower head made such that we sometimes had a bit of a mess in the bathroom. Breakfast was okay.

Good location,helpful staff,very convenient to park my car .Zakinthos was so crowded and park car easy is very important. The hotel is a little dated .

The hotel is run down, dirty, not in an ideal location, and WAY overpriced. This would be a 2 star motel in the US.

Best value for money. Large rooms with balconies, at the edge of the town (with parking space all around, yet within walking distance from all points of interest), clean, modern, and variety in breakfast. I can hardly think of anything that didn't meet my expectations.

Hard to tell... When we arrived, the elevator was not working, no one offered to help us or asked if we needed help so we carried by ourselves our 3 suitcases and backbags to the first floor. Not so nice hospitality, and since the hotel failed to provide a basic service, we should arrange for an alternative! The elevator was not working till the next morning at 09.30 when we checked out. Housekeeping lady was making a lot of noise at 08.00 in the morning when cleaning next room so we had to get out in corridor to ask her to make less noise! Our room was a Sea View room but during check-in in receptionist tried to tell us he upgraded us in a nice Sea View room but when I told him out original reservation was for a SV room only thing he said was " Oh yeah " To be honest I don't think this was a SV room as we could hardly see the sea but more easy we could see the balconies from next building and unfinished constructions of the hotel ( photo attached). Good luck if you choose this hotel, we will definitely NOT as service and room characterization at least it is problematic!

Great hotel, lovely room, great view of the sea, comfortable bed. Superb location. Shower was a bit disappointing….old attachment and we both got a fright when the showerhead fell out of the bracket

Located in town centre and close to shops, restaurants, beach and the breakfast The tap water, shower water is salty.. i couldn’t turn the lights off without removing the key card..
