Location is top if you want to be in the cozy yet busy center of an island like Zakynthos. Breakfast was good, rooms very clean and spacious (we had a sea view family room) and they also have some parking spaces in front of the hotel for guests which is quite adequate provided there is not much parking around. They do also own a coffee shop/bar/restaurant on the ground floor with service outside and also the famous central place (under pergolas), so that's definitely a plus. Given it is an island, I deem breakfast could be lasting to a bit later (11.00am) and the elevator is very small, especially if you have lot of luggage. Not a deal breaker but worth mentioning.

The location is at the very center of the city, next to Alla the historical buildings and not far from the port. There is everything you may need next to it, among many , cafes, supermarkets, restaurants and cloth stores. Clean, comfortable, with a nice shower and plenty new towels. There was an air-conditioning unit of high quality and it heats or cools the room instantly. The breakfast was plenty with various savoury and sweet choices, nothing to miss and enjoy it in a spacious area. I recommend it. A hotel of polite staff and good quality. My trip was off summer season and there were some renovations in the building and thus some noise. Also there was a smell in the bathroom but this is a smell that you can find on some Island due to the sewage system. Opening the window made the room fresh in five minutes.

Great location, close to everything, good buffet style breakfast. Booked a sea view room, however our room was on 1st floor not high enough to enjoy the view. No tissue provided and no water kettle. Parking is right in front of the hotel but spaces are limited.

The location was great . We were able to walk to many places to eat and shop . The view off our balcony was beautiful especially for the sunrises . The staff was very accommodating especially George. !! The breakfast provided every morning was excellent and well worth the money of the stay. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable for all of us . I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property. If you rent a car parking can be a little rough. There are only a few designated spots in front of the hotel and it’s in a busy location . With that being said parking can be difficult all over the island in general . It’s located in the town square and can get a bit noisy in the evening when the re are local events. But it didn’t interrupt our sleep .

The location was good. The hotel was very disappointing for many reasons. The room was so small we couldn't pass each other. There was hardly any space to put clothes and belongings, and very few places to store anything . We had to use our cases. The bedroom floor was so shabby and worn. The breakfast was poor with the 'hot' food being cold. Coffee cool and tasteless. The staff were unhelpful. We had an evening flight and there were no facilities for us to wash or change before we went to the airport. The reception area is small and that was the only area we could use. We asked to keep the room on, at a cost, with there being no other facilities but we weren't allowed to do this. We stayed at another hotel in Zakynthos Town a couple of weeks earlier and it was totally different, superb. We spent 3 weeks traveling to different places around Zakynthos and this hotel was by far the worst we experienced. I would never stay in this hotel ever again. Terrible.

The location is amazing, the front desk was very helpful. We had a beautiful View from the window and very spacious suite with 2 balconies! The shower is very small and the sewer smelled a little but that didn’t ruin our stay :)

We got a free room update, after it was impossible to stay in our room with a baby. The location is great, middle of the city, walking distance to everything. Super friendly stuff. Can get very loud, if you stay in the normal rooms and to the direction of specific streets. Kettle missing in the normal rooms.

This was an exceptional hotel for the price that we paid. The location couldn't have been better. The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony with table and chairs and a pleasant view. The breakfast was varied and plentiful and was served in the nice cafe/bistro on the ground floor of the hotel with the option to sit outside in the square. Nothing
