The bathroom could really use a renovation (especially the shower area) as it's relatively old and not super safe to use. In terms of cleanliness there were no major red flags, however if you're a hygiene-freak some things can easily trigger you (e.g. dusty surfaces, dirt in the corners, etc).

ELEVATOR ONLY GET YOU TO 3RD FLOOR..BUT NOT A BIG DEAL

The one thing they need to do is renovate the bathrooms. The bathtub extremely small and very high to climb into never seen that before. Room was a normal size room.

Location was good. Short walk to the action Sewer smell from the bathroom that was strong. Bathroom was tiny. Shower we barely fit into and toilet was difficult to use as it was very tight space

Ocean front although the beach in front is not the best, but it’s still nice to be in front of the ocean. Walkable to town. Didi at the front desk absolutely made our stay! She gave us the best recommendations for boat tours and restaurants. Happy to have breakfast but it was very repetitive. Could be improved. Also bathrooms are tiny, but I was still happy to have a family room that had two separate bedrooms

I liked nothing. Smelling. Aircon not working properly.

Great location and fantastic staff. Made us feel like family.

Friendliness of staff. My son accidently left his passport in the room safe. He didn't realize his mistake until the next day, after we had left the island. One phone call to management, and Didi came to our rescue. She retrieved the passport and sent it by courier the next day to family on the mainland. Without her assistance, we would have had to drastically change plans for the remainder of the trip. Very, very appreciative. Thank you Plaza Hotel for a wonderful experience.

The location and the staff Didi and Wendy made our stay so much more enjoyable . They were Very pleasant and very accommodating. Didi made our island itinerary every morning and gave us all the information that we needed for our daily tours. Nothing to complaint

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The reception ladies were very friendly and helpful, very pleasant and answered all questions with a sincere smile. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The room was nice with a balcony and a seaview. You could meet the sunrise right on the balcony. The room was cleaned well and every day. They even brought me a kettle and a cup themselves, although I did not ask. The only negative is that the hose in the shower leaked.

Breakfast was fine Staff friendly especially DiDi We would have loved a kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room

Great spot across from the water , about 10 min walk into main square. The staff at reception were so helpful every day always smiling and assisting. Breakfast was great each morning and the rooms were what we needed , great balcony view from family room Shower hard to step into over high bath tub, might be difficult for someone elderly - maybe other rooms are different though ?

The location is excellent, the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was beyond amazing. The receptionist, Didi was very kind and always there to help with anything. She made us a trip itinerary everyday and gave us really cool advices where to go or not to go. The breakfast could be better but it was ok. The bathroom is quite small, but managable.
