The location The quality of the food

Reception staff exceptional. Always happy to help. Pool area was lovely. The restaurant. The buffet breakfast never seemed to be replenish. If you didn't get there at the right time you missed out. Unfortunately we never found the right time. Same in the evening, buffet for antipasti and sides for your main which was served at your table. Unfortunately a lot of people ate more from the buffet than was necessary and again it was not replenish.

Very italian style of breakfast (a lot of sweet pastry), generally perfect; tasty, replenished whole time and very good service. I really would like to see some vegetables, wider variety of eggs variants of preparation, definitely some warm/hot sausages.,

the grounds were well kept, rooms were clean, position is breathtaking. breakfast was unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. no fresh fruit, limited cold meats or cheese (1 or 2 slices). Same cut up slices of cake for 5 days. No individually packaged yoghurt and on last morning not even a scoop. All food was left uncovered. scrambled eggs were gone on 2 mornings and croissants weren’t available on our last morning. . shocked.
