VOI Le Muse Essentia

All facilities were good. Kids club was good. Best part of our stay was the food. Breakfast was good, typical offerings but dinner was incredible every night. Menu changed nightly and everything was so good. Seafood pasta/risotto, Bistecca Florentina, nduja, the best Cannolis and hand fried panzerotti. We loved the food. Staff all nice and welcoming. We had the best week. Family friendly. Kids had a blast and we're treated well by all staff. Wonderful stay and we hope to return. N/A

Location Reception was rude and unhelpful. Continued to give me a run around. Told me the resort was all card no cash, went to the beach and was told go back to reception for towels, I brought phone to pay with my card and was told only cash after repeatedly being told no cash. Was taken to the room by golf cart but was never given the room key. Asked if we could eat lunch and was at first told no because it had to be requested in the morning but we had just arrived that day. Had to argue to be able to be able to eat. AC units went out multiple times and had to keep waking back to reception asking for update to maintenance that took almost 3 hours and wasn’t fixed until 11:30 at night making us stay up all night after traveling. Food was not great.

The staff is highly professional, from the housekeeping to the restaurant Poor entertainment programs, activities were boring and repetitive, the beach was not properly maintained, and food did not meet my expectations at all. the resort is managed as a huge hotel

The only good thing about this hotel was it's location and the fact that it had it's own beautiful private beach This hotel was ranked quite highly on Booking.com and was marked as a 4 star hotel, when in fact after a proper search we found that it is in actuality a 3 star hotel. This hotel was definitely a 3 start hotel from the lobby, to the rooms. The rooms were furnished by cheap IKEA furniture. The bathrooms did not have soap, instead they had packaged Powdered Detergent to wash your hands with or to use when you shower!!! They did NOT even have shampoos in the showers, because you had to use the same Powdered detergent to wash your hair! forget about conditioner. They suggested we go and buy our own stuff from the near by convenient store!! There were ants crawling all over the place in the rooms, even on the couches and getting into our suitcases. When we showed up to check in, the front desk did not speak a word of English and kept us in the lobby from 11 pm until 2 am trying to figure out our rooms which we had booked on booking.com. The rooms (Junior Suits) which we had booked, had a dirty toilet and were not even stocked with bath towels I can go on, but what would be the point. I would suggest staying away from this place and spending your money elsewhere!!! THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL!!! I have realized Booking.com can no longer be trusted with their ratings and you need to double check everything on google as they are falsely advertising.

They had a good variety of food at the restaurant with different menu every day and lovely and friendly staff. The only thing this place is lacking is a laundry facility or service. Last thing you want to do on your vacation is hand wash your clothes. They also have flies in food serving area. The staff and restaurant manager seem to be unfazed by the fact that flies are just casually sitting on the food.
