Great breakfast. Quiet, but very central location. Nice staff. Couldn’t have been better. Perhaps breakfast could have been open a bit later. I’m a late sleeper.

staff is great, location is wonderful . Rooms are clean and breakfast was really satisfying. It is old hotel and the installation look accordingly , sauna is private and need to be ordered separetely.

Warm welcome at the arrival, everything explained. Very tasty Thai buffet on Wednesday. ? Ski bus stop just opposite side of the street. ? Most of the staff speaks little/no German/English. Staff doesn't even say "hello." Busy location in the downtown - noice from the street. The garbage wasn't taken out from the room for 2 days. Main entrance is closed in the afternoon. During that time you have to enter via a back-yard entrance marked "WC" and pass through a stinking cellar dungeon to the lobby. If you keep your room key hanging at the reception, potentially anybody from the street has access to your room during the day. The ski room (access from outside) is dirty and stinking and the ski boots dryers do not work (wet boots in the morning). Salami for breakfast are being recycled (those left from yesterday in front, fresh ones in the back).

Friendly front desk Very knowledgable. Great location for Centre of town and station to other ski resorts. Very tired. Breakfast ok, but value end of spectrum. Ski room cramped.

Breakfast included everything that you wanted: from cold cereals and bread to hot foods such as eggs, bacon, beans and pancakes. Highly recommend the Thai Buffet at the restaurant in the evenings, great value for money. Train station was only a short 5 minutes walk away which you could catch to go to neighbouring ski resorts including Mayrhofen. Ski bus right outside hotel for access to the Zell am Ziller ski resort.

Typical 3 star Austrian hotel. Very clean. Eddy the owner was brilliant and couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was absolved early and on check out, he let us use the sauna to shower in as we’d been sking all day. Thai menu options were also good. Shower head was broken but Eddy got it fixed the moment we asked. The showers weren’t that good in there was only just enough water coming out

Nice hotel, inside it looks a bit used, but great value for money. Staff is very helpful and breakfasts are large. Also the location is great. Although the location is great, but the parking might be an issue.
