Beautifull hotel, clean as expected beds were nice. We stayed at the 18. floor, so we had a very nice view. Staff can speak Cantonese and englisch.

Wonderful breakfast with various tasty foods. Room air condition control panel didn't work properly, a little bit hot when waiting for air condition back to normal.

The room is spacious and well-equipped, with an exceptional city view of Zhuhai. Walking distance (20 mins) to the Gongbei port & railway station, with plenty of lovely local restaurants & grocery stores. We love the self-service laundry rooms here as well. And the hotel staff even offered to carry our heavy suitcases onto the taxi. Nothing really. Only if the hotel offers a taxi-calling service, that would be nicer.

Hotel is so nice and room is so confortible,there is a two kind of pillow ,i like that. Room is so clean and all towel is New and soft . And there is a iron and iron table i like thats Location also good ..when i come zhuai again i will stay here.thansk ? İ arrive to hotel around 8.3 PM .but on reception nobody know English,only one guy know but so less. Have to improve . And breakfast is not enough for EUR people ,for asia people is good but for others not enough But its ok...

They first gave me a room has a strong smoking smell. I complained with the reception and they changed my room the next day.

+ very helpful staff. special mention: Josh Wang who helped us to contact "T3" (uber alike in china) to recover my husband's wallet which was left in the car. Jay who helped us to resolve the smoky smell in my room + close to gongbei border (easy access to macau) + locates within the "old town". allow us to explore and understand the daily life of the local people + what we paid for is justified for the room and service. do not expect anything more than that - though all the rooms are non-smoking, some inconsiderate guests smoke in their rooms causing nuisance to other guests. the hotel should be more straight to these people in order to ensure the comfort of the other guests. - the cafe is kind of cramped - because it locates within the "old town", the surrounding environment is not as desirable

Perfect! Unexpected to having a nice breakfast at a low cost but high CP value hotel with outstanding front desk services. One of the best hotels at the same grade, it is excellent, never ask too much.
