We came in May and it is 30+ Celsius outside, no outdoor activity at all. There’s moving furniture sound above at night.

Overall, a great staycation! The children’s pool is not heated. The staff in the club lounge had minimal English. One bedroom club suite room size was very large.

Beautiful hotel with, an excellent location. Very convenient adjoining to a mall and has plenty of food choices. The staff is friendly and the room is clean we have a room with a view facing the river. Will come back to the same hotel in the future. The pillows are a bit too soft.

Location, room space and confort. Very beautiful architecture and decoration It's a 5 star and the majority of the employees don't speak english except in the lobby. Even the waiters in the restaurant

Connected to large shopping mall with many restaurants to choose. Ample parking space in the mall and able to get free parking for hotel guest. Great view of Macau from the room. Breakfast buffet selection wasn’t so great and limited. Fried rice and noodles were bit too hard to chew. Indoor pool was bit too cold to swim in at 27deg C.

The hotel was well situated with great views of the river and was very modern and clean with convenient access to a very large new mall next door. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Johnny, the concierge who helped us to liaise with the DiDi driver to return our mobile phone that we had left in the taxi. Highly recommend this hotel and staff and will definitely be returning! The lounge on the 20th floor is great but would be even better if it stayed open past 10pm

We liked that the rooms had a kettle to make hot drinks, the blinds were electronic, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the fact that the hotel was above a shopping mall. We also enjoyed the pool/spa factilities. For the price we paid/room, which was significantly more than some of the other 4* hotels, we had hoped that breakfast would be included. It might have been an oversight on our part for not seeing it when we booked the rooms but other than the price of the rooms, we were happy with everything.

The room was spacious & with stunning view on the river. Interior design also impressed me bcoz I like floorboard instead of rug/carpet. Also thank you so much for Jack who was the concierge, he helped us a lot about the parking questions. Nothing in my mind.
