Very good in general. No decaf coffee serving at breakfast buffet. Short swimming pool schedule, late start at 9:00 am. Conflict with breakfast time; buffet ends at 10:00 am. Choose either one.

The hotel was well appointed although I believe the hotel was last renovated in 2017, so it is going to be a bit tired compared to hotels with recent renovations. Staff were friendly and polite, as you would expect. The hotel wifi was slow. The hotel location is OK, but not great. The swimming pool closes at 6pm which is awkward for my schedule.

Service is good, staff is polite, room is clean, lobby lounge is comfortable to have a drink with friends. Many staff can't speak English, their services is good but a bit hard to communicate. The glass sliding partition of the toilet is bad, no lock..., lack of privacy, and when someone uses the toilet and turns on the light, it becomes a giant lantern for the sleeping room and disturb the person who is sleeping, and moving the slide door make lots of sound

Breakfast is excellent. Room is clean. Hotel's Staff is great and helpful. The only thing i dislike was during the stay is they are someone smoking in the hotel room floor where sticker was everywhere mentioned NO SMOKING.

All the staffs are very helpful and friendly they provide excellent services We had a lovely n tasty meal in the hotel restaurant the price is cheap as well Also it's very easy to go all the famous points

A very luxury, clean and comfortable hotel. The room is very spacious with nice view. Staff at front desk are very polite and helpful especially Duke Du who tried very hard to fix my wifi problem. Also very delicious buffet breakfast with Chinese and Western style of food. The location is a bit far from the main road. It's quiet but a bit inconvenient.

Staff were friendly and helpful The rooms smelled like smoke, the floor smelled like smoke. Pillows were very flat No coffee machine - could provide a Nespresso machine Ocean view was obstructed.
