Location First, I want to clarify that this is only a budget hotel under the Hilton brand. Don’t expect five-star facilities. We booked a family room but were assigned a converted suite with two bedrooms. There’s only one bathroom, and it’s located inside the inner bedroom. This means you have to enter someone else’s bedroom at night to use the restroom, which is extremely inconvenient. Additionally, the motion-sensor light in the outer "bedroom" had no visible switch to turn it off, forcing us to ask staff to remove the bulb. Overall, I do not recommend booking the two-bedroom "family room" here—it’s not a proper family room and has been poorly converted.

House keeper, Shen Yun was very caring and listen to our needs. She deserves a 5 Stars rating. It would be good that those rooms classified as non-smoking to have that level to be smoke free. Suggest to remove the "Ash-tray" (white sand at the lift lobby) as this will encourage smoking. We can smell the cigarette smoke inside our room when someone outside smoking. The internet does not seemed to work on our phones. When we used our purchased SIM data, it is OK. Perhaps, the hotel can help to check the firewall setting which may have restricted foreign tourist in the access. I am a member of Hilton group (membership number: 681506966) but was told that I cannot clock the points. It shouldn't be that way as I have other hotel membership and they allow me to capture the hotel points for the stay (regardless which platform I book the hotel).
