The room is not what they show on the picture, and it's not totaly clean

Very clean and spacious guestrooms and bathrooms, ideal central location. Everything is well maintained, including a freshly painted exterior and air conditioning works well. It is a rare find to have all these positives at a reasonable price in this city. Swimming pool is modest size and mainly surrounded by concrete rather than vegetation, although this is a bit picky. Somewhat noisy at times, but it didn’t bother me as I always travel with custom ear plugs. No cable TV programs in English available.

Nothing whatsoever. Inflexible and unfriendly staff. Lots of curbing needed in many areas around the property.

The room didn't have sound isolation at all, staying right over the pool area means quite noisy evenings and mornings.

Overall a nice cheap relaxing home away from home. Very handy to markets and not much further an exciting walk to la ropa beach and dock. Air conditioner turned off 10 am to 4pm but at the price on booking.com I'm not complaining, room stays quite cool even on hot days and fan helps a lot. Theres a stove next to pool that would be good for cookjng but theres no gas bottle. Maybe they allow you to being your own gas bottle or camp stove? Again not complaining but would be a nice extra.

There was no warm water other than that it was a great place.

Stayed one night, the room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Close to market and other local food places. Way too many air fresheners in the room it was very intense and we left smelling like them too.
-
Simple clean room, close to the beach.

The ac and the cleaning service Lady was racist, didn’t like tourists, told me she was going to kick me out and I wasn’t allowed visitors for more than 30 minutes because they would need the toilet and want to go upstairs. She insisted I stopped paying on booking.com and pay in cash instead. She was saying how it’s not a motel and practically calling me a prostitute. I renewed my booking nearly every two days just incase I didn’t like it and every new reservation was for me and one guest, she said I couldn’t change the guest even though it was a new reservation each time. I paid for two people so I couldn’t understand this. She made my stay so uncomfortable, this place is not tourists friendly. She was even asking how did I pay for everything and if I have a sugar daddy.
