Very clean and friendly staff. Right near playa principal and restaurants/bars. As other reviews mentioned it’s a little noisy at night if you are used to quiet nights
-
The central location, proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. We especially appreciated the fantastic staff. The location can be noisy at night, but this wouldn’t deter our staying here again.

Clean an awesome location downtown
-
We loved being near the beach and restaurants There are a couple of bars nearby that can be noisy. Obviously the hotel has no control over this.
-
Convenient location Very. Noisy area until very late at night into the early morning

Awesome location! Very clean room! Friendly and helpful staff
-
Wonderful hospitality and kindness; above and beyond! Very professional and attentive manager. Comfortable room, perfect location near the beach, shops, and places to eat.

staff was wonderful, so kind and patience with my terrible spanish.

The location was in the heart of downtown, right by the malecon, shopping and restaurants. The proprietress was super nice and helpful, even with through our language barriers. The room was clean, comfortable with a balcony, seating, ac and fan, refrigerator and counter space. The water pressure wasn't strong in the shower, but adequate. no outside handle on the balcony sliding door, opening by pressing on glass to slide.

Comfortable beds, good shower, large balcony I had a hard time sleeping. I didn’t realize being in the Centro would mean noise from live music in bar outside until 2 am. It is not the fault of the hotel.

All that was offered was coffee in the mornings. Tons of great places to eat around the hotel that were very affordable. There were a couple of lights that did not function in room #4. That was the only thing that i did not like but it wasn't a big deal since the more necessary lights worked.

Amazing stay at a beautiful hotel! Absolutely will be back

The hotel has a very good location, it's easy to walk to restaurants and the closest beach is just across the road. We preferred to go to Playa La Ropa, and the hotel isn't far from the street corner where you could catch a combi van to get there. The boats to Playa Las Gatas are a short walk away. The room was very spacious, with a fan and AC, so you could keep cool. There was a cute balcony with some chairs to sit outside. The staff were really lovely. The lady who worked in the afternoon to check us in was very welcoming and friendly, she also spoke perfect English. We checked out early in the morning to leave for the airport and the guy was very kind and helped us to get a taxi. The room had a good shower with strong water pressure and hot water. Good wifi connection. Overall, it was a good hotel. There was a little bit of noise from a nearby bar at night, but I didn't find it a big problem as I had the fan on which blocked it out.

Middle of Centro is a great place to be. As close to the beach as you could get without Oceanfront Street was very loud all night. Bring ear plugs.

Very close to the beach. Restaurants close by lots to choose from. Close to downtown shoppes and bars. Would of been awesome if the hotel had a pool.

Extremely accommodating staff, super nice and friendly and helpful. Awesome location in the center of playa principal right I front of the beach basically, surrounded by some of the best food and my favorite bar in town. It’s loud at night cuz if the bar at the botttom but I don’t mind that. Only downside was that it says pet friendly but when u get there they charge u 300 pesos which I literally didn’t have so that was annoying, they should tell u ahead of time
