Freddys daughter tried hard, staff was very nice. No communication software, room showm was not available, no toliet seats, no hot water, dogs barking close by all night.

Room was very small. Could not sleep at night due to noise from the street and a person talking in the patio. The bathroom curtain was filthy dirty. There was a huge gap under the door, had to put a towel to cover it. The mattress was very uncomfortable. I thought the ceiling fan was ready to fall off. Horrible experience.
