Location Dated and overpriced.

The location is very central to restaurants, the beach, bank machines, laundry, pharmacies everything you need is steps away.

Location We book two double beds and had to go back and change as there was only one bed.. had to ask for fridge elevator broke down twice with us in it and pillows were very hard.. restaurant closed more than open

Love the location it was a little expensive for what it was at $70. I feel but it is high season. It was an ok room very basic good a/c

OhBio is a great little breakfast and lunch restaurant right in the hotel. Great staff and food. Pool area is great! Location location location!! No seating area in the room which was large.

I reserved 6 rooms some were decent others weren't one had a broken toilet.

How early in the morning they had work people there banging on stuff working.

The location was perfect. The price was good. The staff changed my room because it was facing a bar. I enjoyed my stay overall. Hot water was working about half the time. Upkeep of facilities needs to improve.

Elevator pool close to everything Far to load from all bars till 4:00 am

The location of this hotel is excellent. It doesn't have a great view but it is on a walkable street with no through traffic. Your taxi can pull up to the front for loading and unloading but that's it. The pool is terrific and very scenic with the mural on one side. The staff were excellent and very helpful, and housekeeping did a good daily cleaning. Do not expect them to speak English. You're in Mexico - either speak Spanish or use a translation app. The rooms are nicer than expected, especially for the price. The beds are firm and comfortable, and the air conditioners work well. Most rooms have a balcony either overlooking the pool or the street. The wifi is weak to non-existent. A few of the rooms are a bit rough. Don't expect hot water. Cool to tepid is the norm.

Great location. Nice pool area. Wifi was spotty. Water wasn't hot.. One guest said he had no water in his shower, so he washed in the pool.. Yikes!,

Location 1 block from beach Pleasant Staff NOISE: Swimming Pool open until after midnight with loud guests /Bar below closes at 2pm and reopens at 10am with loud crowd ROOMS: smelled moldy when windows closed GENERAL: Place could use a facelift / No floor signals or safety notice in elevator

The hotel is amazing everything is near by there is endless restaurants to eat near by bars stores the pier the vans to go to the beaches I found two roaches killed them so i tried not to bring food to the hotel and make the situation worse

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Also, we liked that there were a variety of food spots in walking distance of the hotel. The bed was very uncomfortable and we weren’t able to fully enjoy our sleep due to the stiffness of the mattress.
