Nothing. One of the best stays we’ve had. It felt so unique and not touristy.

Staying in the Gypsy wagon was a unique and charming experience. The location in Amsterdam Noord is peaceful yet well connected to the city. The wagon is cozy and beautifully decorated. Karen was very helpful and responsive. We had a great time. Highly recommend.

Loved this place! It's in the country away from the bustle of the city yet close enough to everything. My granddaughters LOVED the animals and gathering eggs every morning for our breakfast! The book of information was exceptional! Would love to stay again.

A great location - a peaceful countryside within 10-15min biking distance from the metro station. A perfect starting point for both - exploring the city as well as Amsterdam's surroundings. Great breakfast with the option to get fresh eggs directly from the chickens. Friendly owners who explained everything and gave great tips. It's possible to rent the bikes directly from the farm for a little fee. Clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet room. We loved it! Everything was great. I would only add a teapot as part of the kitchen equipment but that's just a recommendation.

Lovely setting, private caravan Bus service interrupted in the line, 1.9 km walk to the property. Holiday hours meant the Staxi service wasn’t running during holidays.

Our hosts, Karen and Mirko were very nice, attentive to our questions and clear in their guidance. Also, the Gypsy car was cozy and our neighbors, the donkeys, were great with the kids.

Our hosts were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The place was spotless and had everything I could ask for.

Very clean and comfortable studio apartment in a relaxing countryside location that is just a few minutes drive or bike ride into Amsterdam. The hosts were kind and the room was generously furnished with breakfast food, coffee and tea. Would definitely stay there again, but for longer! Nothing

Beautiful spot away from the city but an easy commute. Very cordial and accessible hosts. Choose-your-own eggs from live chickens. AC would have been welcome in the record heat.

the house itself is located in a rather quiet and peaceful place. Not far from the city, but with all the advantages of country life. I liked everything

We loved being out in the quiet and relaxing country side, while still just being 10 min away from the nearest metro stop so we could easily travel to Amsterdam with public transport. Sure beats trying to try to find parking in the city! The animals (2 donkeys, 2 goats, chickens and cows) were a highlight, as was collecting our own fresh chicken eggs for breakfast each morning. Freshest eggs we’ve ever had. The place was cute, very well stocked, clean, comfortable and the sunrise views from the back patio were to die for. Breakfast was a great spread and delicious. The beds were comfortable, the towels soft. We did move the top bunk mattress to the living room because 1) with my son’s height it was hard for him to crawl up there and 2) it was hot up there. We liked renting the bikes and riding through the country side. We could’ve easily stayed longer and hope to come back again! Can’t think of anything we didn’t like. I tried, but no.

Hosts were great! It’s a beautiful, quiet, comfortable spot very close to the city. There are donkeys, cows, and chickens right outside our window, and we even saw a pheasant in the field! Uber to the ferry is less than €20, or the bus is a 15 min walk. Idyllic! No complaints!

Exceptional

Wilco and Karen were great hosts. Our daughter especially enjoyed the goats and the fact that we could pick our own eggs from the chickens. It is a lovely quiet stay just outside of Amsterdam. The only thing that bothered us was some smell from the pipes in the bathroom.

Clean, quiet

If I could give this property higher than 10 I would!! We absolutely loved it!! The location on the farm was beautiful, really quiet with lovely views of the green fields. My son loved saying hello to the 2 donkeys there too! The caravan was beautiful, it was spacious and very clean, with the perfect amount of furniture and kitchen utensils/crockery etc. The double bed was amazingly comfortable, the owners clearly spent money on getting a decent mattress! The duvet was lovely and thick too which kept us warm (as it was only early April so the temperature outside was very cold and windy at times). We enjoyed getting the fresh eggs from the chickens so I could have scrambled eggs one day, and we used public transport to get here which was very easy - the number 314/316 bus from the Bus station in the city centre was only 2 stops / about 12 minutes - then it was about 30 mins walk from the bus stop to the property, but we like walking! There was plenty of onsite parking if you have a car. You could also hire a bike from the property and then if you cycle to the Metro station (45 min walk the opposite way to the bus stop) then you can leave the bike locked up there for free for 24 hours. We got the Metro into town one day and that only took about 12 mins into town. The owner left breakfast items for us in the fridge and bread basket, and even left us some little chocolate Easter eggs on arrival, which I loved! The info booklet made by the owners was very detailed, the most detailed I've ever seen in an accommodation. The electric heater in the living room area heated up the room really quickly, considering outside was very cold and windy the majority of days we stayed here. I genuinely could not fault this property. It was absolutely amazing! Thank you!! Leaving!!!!!!! We wanted to stay longer!!

The location was very close to Amsterdam. The B&B was so gorgeous and modern with a cute farm with goats, donkeys and chickens. Wilco was very nice and welcoming. The rooms were very spacious with a bed and sofa bed. The bathroom was spacious and modern. The kitchen was very well equipped and they refilled our fridge everyday with milk, juice, yogurts, ham, cheese and croissants. We even cooked one night and had everything we needed. We felt right at home. The highlight for our daughter was saying hi to the donkeys and goats and picking up fresh eggs each morning for breakfast. We loved it so much. 100% recommended for a family with kids. Everything was perfect.
