All rooms in the Historic Hotel Crusch Alva feature solid wooden furniture in Alpine style. You can reach Zuoz on well-maintained roads from northern Switzerland, Ticino, Italy or Austria. I like the location, kind of... its just on the center of the town so you are close to everything. The bad part is that you have the church at arms reach from your room and the monks are going to rock that bell as if there is no tomorrow, even in the night is going to bell every quarter and hour at full power. Good luck trying to sleep. I like also the breakfast food, kinda... If it where not that they put us all on a minuscule restaurant where the staff ignored us most of the time.

Friendly staff, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable beds. Parking was available in a nearby secure garage. Continental breakfast was good! None

Zuoz is such a magical place and the hotel is in an old building right on the town square. We had a great dinner in the restaurant. The staff was friendly and energetic. Our room was small and dreary with only small windows - none of the charm of the rooms in the photographs on Booking.com. The bathroom wall has a weird jutting out portion so you couldn't shower without bending to one side and even then I hit my head multiple times on the wall. Also the room was up multiple flights of stairs (no elevator). The staff was terrific about carrying bags for us, but guests who have mobility issues should be aware. Finally, the hotel is right by the church and the bells ring all night, with a longer peal at 5am. You definitely need ear plugs.

Delightful building. Spotlessly clean. Friendly, helpful service. I’d like to come again. It was hard to know where to check in. Leaving messages was a bit difficult. Bath is slippery and there is no grab bar on the wall.

Breakfast was average. Would have liked more coffee . I very much appreciated help with getting to the train station with my heavy luggage. More coffee at breakfast

The spacious room, excellent breakfast and delicious dinner served in the cosy restaurant offering regional specialities. The hotel offers a reasonably-priced ski pass and is centrally located with a safe underground car park nearby. Nothing.
