Location is excellent; room is very clean and comfortable, bed is superb; the staff is exceptionally friendly - all of them; breakfast is good. Oh, nothing - this is my third time in the hotel; planning to book again when visit Zurich next time.

Good location, close to HB train station. Decent sized room. Reasonable breakfast. Shower wasn't the best, but functional.

Single room is so small, feels like a jail cell but still ok for 2 nights only.

very good location to anywhere, subway shops lakeside and the museum, room design with good ventilation with windows and air conditioning a plus, bed comfort and all clean, friendly staff, value for money! The railway station is under construction a bit detour to reach the hotel as it should be less than 10 minutes on foot

The quad room was perfect for the 4 of us, with plenty of room. We didn’t include the breakfast and only stayed one night so it was perfect for us. The location was great and allowed us to easily walk around the city and shop our final night there. It was all good.

Room was nice and comfortable. Because of the extra bed it was a little tight but it was not horrible. There was some confusion with our breakfast and the attendant was annoyed, even though it was not our fault.

The staff were truly lovely — they checked the room for us and kindly allowed an early check‑in, which gave us time to rest before exploring the city. We appreciated their warm hospitality so much.
