Location is good No good fan , no air conditioning, weather was hot

Pleasant and welcoming staff, great location and clean room. Bonus for the powerful shower. Room 11 with no air con in August. Room is exposed to street, so with no air con, it’s either you sleep in a hot room or face the noise. Nothing you can do about trams, but a member of staff knocking at the entrance door at 1:55am and having a chat for 10mins is rather something you don’t want when you’re trying to sleep. Same about a member of staff knocking at a door next to yours to wake another room up early around 6am, there are alarms or phones which would be less disturbance for neighbouring guests. Very little space in the room and to put clothes and luggage away, so ok for one night, will feel cramped for longer.

Small room but so convenient to the station and tram services to get around. Close to the old town to walk

Location is good No AC, no toilet fan, too noisy even after 10pm, no staff after 10pm, small room, expensive comparing to experience.

The location near the station was the selling point for us, but there were also many dining places nearby that helped. The property is small and the lift is tiny and slow so it made coming and going from the room cumbersome. Also the location closes as night so when we returned in the late evening the location was locked up and it took us a while to figure out how to enter.

Location was great, short walk from train station, a few minutes from the river and old town. Property was clean, bed comfortable, all staff encountered were very friendly and helpful. Room was quite small so found it difficult to move around especially with suitcases as there was nowhere to put them. Room was very warm and there was no fridge

Location Sub standard for the price you pay

Room was spacious. The blend of old with modern. They did have fans in the room as it was built seasonably hot. Esteban at front desk was great - he knew we were coming in early and he was able to save the room so that we could check in after our long international flight. He also recommended the Zürich city tour and it was fantastic. Quiet. Close to train station which is what we wanted.

Beautiful hotel located right beside Zurich train station. Really cozy hotel with old style/antique furniture - I loved the vibe of this hotel. Room was perfect no complaints, the toiletry selection was great and the fan actually kept the room cool. Also dealt with a really lovely receptionist, my boyfriend left his retainer behind and the lovely receptionist lady found it for us and helped get it shipped back. Will definitely come back here if staying in Zurich again!
