Beautiful rooms and the perfect location to explore Zürich! The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful!!! They also provide adapters! They provide fans but the top floor but it was still quite warm, we stayed during hottest time of the year though so it was okay :)

We had an incredible private rooftop with entry from our room with gorgeous views that made our stay unforgettable! Front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating. They were able to get me into my room early upon request and were extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is within walking distance to all the main attractions. Highly recommend! Nothing, we loved our stay!

Location was excellent. The room and bathroom were clean and modern. The breakfast was good. Service and staff were polite. It was very hot, perhaps because it was August, still the fans the fans were not very effective.

Very good location, huge appartment and most important exellent service from reception girls who helped me day before with my mistake. That was very hot day in Zurich and there was no real air conditioner just something that turns the air over the room, ventilator,I guess. They started it before we came it was very nice to think of us....Thank you verymuch .

Very nice room. Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice and friendly. Bathroom was huge with two sinks and a bathtub which we really needed since we had been hiking all day. Hotel is situated in the middle of the old town with walking distance to everything including nice restaurants and shops. If anything I will mention that the room had no view from the room (windows where facing a wall 1 meter away with private appartments windows right in fromt of our window) but completely fair since the hotel is situated in the middle of the very charming old town. Also the room was quite warm. I was there in July and it was 26 degrees. Apparently it is not very easy to get a certificate from the Zurich authorities to install aircondition. The hotel had therefore equipped the room with two Dyson fans (thanks for that) but they did not cool that much.

Excellent location and breakfast. Bedroom and bathroom were a good size, beds were comfortable. It was perfect for our short stay in Zurich. No A/C during hot summer nights and fans provided were not enough.

Good location! Easy to park nearby in city parking garage ️ and 5-minute walk to hotel. Large room and bathroom; comfortable bedding; quaint but filling breakfast. No Air Conditioning— only a small fan to move the air. Windows have no screens and we left with quite a few bug bites.

Great location, clean and good room with sufficient space, had everything that was needed, staff were great and communication was easy. It was impossible to cool down the room, despite having the big windows wide open all night and the two fans on. It was so hot that we couldn’t sleep.
