It was a good location, clean and comfortable bed. I think coffee in reception should have been available even if you don’t get breakfast.

Location is amazing There was no chocolate fountain, I was so disappointed. I booked this hotel to start the trip off with chocolate (which is what Switzerland if famous for).

This location is very close to the train station, 5 minute walk. The rooms are dark and the hotel is not very inviting. We have stayed at several hotels on our vacation and we liked this one the least.

Location is perfect as it is right at the center of Zurich, close to different restaurants, museums, bkat ride and Zurich HB station. The airconditioned room gave us a lot of good rest during the summer heat. We were able to leave our luggage.as we.arrived 3 hours before the checkin time.

The location was excellent, very close to both the train station and tram stops. The old town began just one street away, yet the rooms were well insulated, so we were not disturbed by any outside noise. Check-in was very smooth, and since our rooms were ready, we were able to settle in a little earlier than expected. The staff were attentive and helpful. As a lovely welcome touch, a chocolate fountain, perfectly matching the hotel’s name, was available for guests at the entrance. The rooms were quite small, and there was not enough space to open our suitcases comfortably. However, this was only a minor inconvenience and did not affect our overall positive experience.
