rooms with terrace everything was great as usual but the last time i was there breakfast options included more choices. no top sheet means guest choices for comfort are reduced for sleeping in summer.

We noticed that the staff at the reception don’t have seats. It made us sad to think they have to stand all day, day after day. Please, if they could have a tall seats, they could work just as professionally and many guests would feel happier.

It was a great location, clean and comfortable. The young lady who cheeked us in was wonderful! Very friendly and willing to help with anything.

The location couldn’t be better, the staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean Breakfast is okay but a bit over salted for our taste rooms are dark since there is no view to the outside

Receptionist was extremely nice and was great to talk to. Breakfast was very good. This is an example of a good, solid hotel. We were quite pleased. It met our expectations and there's really not anything we didn't care for.

Arrangements went well. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfasts varied and plentiful (self-serve) Great location near the "Old Town" with its many restarants and bars. Safe streets; a woman alone would feel entirely at ease. My only criticism is the weird shower controls. The Right control twist-knob is not of the normal "Closed-Open" design, but reaches ""Zero-flow" halfway through its range of motion. Turn it further and the overhead shower head pours cold water on one's head. it is of no importance to a bilge-rat like self, but might disrupt a ladies hair-do!

Nice view, nice and big room, great view from the terrace. Very poor soundproofing between rooms, I could hear conversations of neighbours from the next room on my floor and from the room below and in the hall.

Helpful staff. Good breakfast. No carpets in the corridors or rooms which meant the place can be noisy.
