Breakfast was good ? and food was tasty with sufficient supply, the location was very serene, peaceful and breath taking natural view of PINE FORESTS, in short it's pretty nice place to spend few days with family to relieve the day to day stress in daily routine busy life Nearby market was missing

Large hotel in good, quiet, location, (just off main road) with parking onsite. Although we were not travelling with kids I upgraded to family room from Double room as the room was very large (worth paying the extra). Room had full width balcony with excellent views of the mountains, with chairs so we sit and enjoy the view. Large bed, TV, and the bathroom had hot water. The hotel had a nice lobby area to sit and have tea etc. Bathroom was in centre of room, and could have been a little larger, but was good otherwise.

I stayed at Shangrilla Resort Murree also But Shagrilla Changla Gali is much more economical and better in respect of its location and facilities. I really liked the hotel and looking forwarded to again stay there. The Chicken Nihari in the breakfast was not tasty at all.

The view from the balcony Staff was helpful No fruits, fresh juices, yoghurt etc Very poor breakfast. Only white bread, paratha and channay. Wifi didnt work at all Rooms were old and not so clean Electricity went off several time During the night, lots of sounds from outside and inside (lobby, reception) Room service food disaster. The worst hotel experience ever
