Staff was very professional and property was clean and safe. Parking was great too including food which was great for lunch.

Location was good and parking was easily available No fan in the rooms it was hot in day time. Room curtains was not having blackouts light come early in morning. Breakfast service was slow and quantity was less. Extra mattress for kids was on paymnet.

Very poor heating system management. No availability of hot water despite of complaining multiple times, issue couldn’t be resolved.

Property was 3 star but they turn off you third class heater in the middle of the night. when temprature is about 2 degree….Nit recommended

Staff Behaviour, Cleanliness, Ambiance, Atmosphere and Quick response Warm water was not actually warm, Sockets were not working Heater timings, Secondly the heater should be fixed on the wall, Complimentary tea sachets must be 4-5 for 2 person at least I just got 2 of each Everyday,Sugar and Coffee!!! Breakfast (I was Expecting a Buffet) unfortunately you can eat one thing only

Great view Hotel was good overall. Cleanliness was absent. Hairs were on floor and bedsheets. There was electricity Loadshedding aswell. Roof kitchen sounds were disturbing in the room.

Really like our stay at Fogland hotel. Rooms were clean, staff was also very friendly. View from our hotel room was very pleasant. Will surely visit them again.

It was good overall. Bed, view, and internet these are the three highlights for me. Basic amenities were missing in bathroom.
