From Parking to early morning breakfast, everything was perfect and staff was very cooperative. There was some disturbance of neighbor's room as they were very loud in the corridor and were continuously dragging their furniture in the midnight.

1)There were small insects all over the room 2) no hot water 3) Washroom was so dirty

Bathroom water drainage was blocked. Caused discomfort and nusence.

The location of the cloud xpress was the only thing good about it. To start with, the room provided to us was not the one advertised in the pictures. It had no view. Construction work was going on, and we could not even open the window due to the laborers' movement & family privacy. The stairs leading to the room were very uncomfortable & unsafe. The window was semi functional, which caused suffocation at night. The room reaked of bad smell & mosquitos entered room as soon as door was opened. When we spoke to the owner that the room was not as advertised, He was argumentative & rude & refused to relocate us & kept saying that you saw old pictures. The carpet rug was very dirty & the washroom had worse odor. The trash bin in the room was very dirty. A very heartbreaking first experience with booking.com

Everything was up to the mark

absolutely nothing...! the property exposure was more on instagram pictures and videos then real...! i booked 3 rooms 1master bed and a twin room for 2nights which i later found 1 was several steps hiking on (2nd floor) other twin which were actually not twin. a single room that had a sepration wall which they called twin carried big spiders and sevral insects and mosquitoes for which they sprayed heavy as per their SOP and we coughed whole our night these rooms were (3floors) below the ground level...! my stay here was not relaxing at all have tou hike 5floors sevral times they had a room service number which was never reachable have to hike down on the ground floor for every single thing...! the didnt had any meal plans bakery and fast food items were served at their cafe and their charges went more then a cafe at Islamabad airport....! this hotel was not value for money either i booked this property assuming the real rating of 5star disappointed

Just the view from Balcony Unfortunately, this property was not worth the amount we paid. Our disappointing experience started even before check-in. Three days prior to our stay, I received a call from the hotel asking for a 50% advance payment, stating that our booking would be canceled otherwise, despite the booking confirmation clearly mentioning that no prepayment was required. Upon arrival, it took us 5–7 minutes just to figure out where the reception was, as there was no proper hotel lobby. Eventually, we found a person sitting with a laptop inside a café who collected the remaining payment and handed us the room keys. The room itself was poorly maintained. We were welcomed by a spider and its web, the couch had greasy stains, and the bathroom had neither towels nor toilet paper. Even the towel stand had not been installed properly only large exposed nails were visible. After we complained, the staff eventually provided towels and toilet paper and fixed the towel stand. Another inconvenience was the lack of an in-room intercom. Every time we needed room service or assistance, we had to use our personal mobile phones. This was particularly frustrating because mobile network connectivity in the hilly area was unreliable, making it difficult to contact the staff when needed. During our stay, we also experienced no running water for nearly 2.5 hours and a power outage lasting around 30 minutes. Since we were traveling with young children, these issues made our stay particularly difficult. Lastly, I would not recommend this property for families with toddlers or young children. The staircases are steep and lack proper safety railings, creating a significant safety hazard.

The look and feel at first galance was not very impressive.

Unfortunately, the stay did not offer good value for the price paid. During our three-night stay, housekeeping was not provided unless requested and we had to repeatedly call for basic services such as emptying the dustbin and replenishing water bottles. The room felt small, dark, and congested with limited lighting, a very narrow balcony, and some non-functional switches. The wash basin did not appear very clean, and there was no phone in the room to contact the front desk. We were also uncomfortable when a staff member opened our room door without notice on the day of arrival. Additionally, the hand wash provided irritated my eczema-prone hands. Overall apart from breakfast the stay at Cloud Xpress fell short of expectations.

Had a good experience. Very accommodating. overall, a good experience with family.

The staff behavior is not good..I booked a room for two nights. They asked me after one night to change room because another family want to book whole floor. So they forced me to change your room. And when I changed the room they again asked me to change this room also

It was nothing like it looks in the pictures, I booked a double room with balcony but they had kept another room for me. However on the next day we were provided with the room with balcony, the room was very small and the toilet was out of order and the hotel insisted that it’s fine after spraying some fragrance in it.

Less parking space and sometimes we were unable to find space, but its not a deal breaker since its a norm in such areas.

Location is good near nathiagali bazar Washroom was too smelly

It had a good vibe with good terrace view. The ceiling paint was dropping off in washroom so clean it off.

Location was good wifi is not good at all phone signal issues,washroom is so small and shower is not working properly .!

Facilities including hot water and breakfast There was some smell in the washroom may be chemical or something

Nothing. It was nothing like it seems in pictures. Zero Hygiene. I cancelled my reservation.

I guess there rooms on top floors have better views, the its built on top of second cup restaurant which opens 9:00am so you miss a lobby or a location where you can just sit and enjoy the view while having some coffee etc (btw, the hotel next to it named best view hotel has certainly the better view/location no lobby, view from balcony was mosty trees with no clear view of hills etc
