Great location and super friendly staff!

Great location, everything you needed for a family of four. Kitchenette with fridge, freezer and microwave. Breakfast was lovely every morning and all staff were very helpful. Bed was really comfy too. To give more stars I would have just changed a few little things- needed a bin in the bathroom, bin liner needed in main bin, needed a bath mat and fridge needed a bit of a better clean.

The only trouble that we had was being unable to park on site the two nights that we were there we had to try and find somewhere else to park that is not what it says on the website

Breakfast was very nice apart from canned mushrooms ever thing else was very acceptable the location is spot on one row over from the sea front Communal stairs could do with a vacuum and woodwork could do with a wipe down but it is a highly active area

Location Bar and sofa area Breakfast staff friendly and polite Room too small for price paid, did not look or feel like a superior room. Beds and pillows too hard and uncomfortable. No fans in room and none available, extremely hot so barely slept. No ice at the bar for drinks and no food available in evening. Breakfast disappointing quality. Carpets very worn upstairs in hallways.

Pleasant staff, clean room, good location. Room was dated, drain was blocked on arrival but this was sorted quickly, no towels or toiletries in room upon arrival, breakfast quality was poor

Sorry not one thing . Rude staff and management accessible room could not accommodate a wheelchair Was too small. We found alternative clean and accessible room elsewhere and wasted over £300 to this hotel ! Not sure you could call the bedroom accessible as you had to move the bed to get into bathroom .

No parking, broken toilet seat, kitchen extension outlet outside bedroom window woke me at 6am, good breakfast, nice staff, hotel very tired.
