Four Seasons Budget

The main hotel was quite nice and the breakfast was good. The Room, and everything else. I was expecting to stay in the hotel but I was given keys to house 19, this was not a part of the main hotel. The room was basically atrocious, dirty window sill and a broken window, haiir and bits in the bed, useless mattress and dirty carpets, although I don't know why because a hoover was dumped outside on the landing. I was so unimpressed that I had to go out and find a place to have a decent dinner and have a couple of drinks to make me forget. Fortunately I was only there for one night and I was out at 8am after a satisfactory sleep at best.

Everything, that was disgusting , dirty, share bathroom, pillows , beds every single thing in room was dirty. I couldn’t lock the door as well , that was really scary.

Got upgraded to ensuite which was very nice. Paid for basic room and it was basic but perfectly comfortable and clean. Good in room drink making facilities. Was surprisingly quiet even on a Friday night. Very good value. Only one handtowel in the room and no bath towels we discovered, presumably an error.

Everything Nothing

The hotel is near the beach and train station i.e. 5 min walk from hotel. All the stores and food restaurants are open till late night. The hotel staff didnt provide the same room which was shown during booking (trip.com). According to booking it was double deluxe room with TV and other facilities. We get a terraced room which is very tiny and lots of amenities were missing. I sum up some of the suggestions from hotel. 1. They should have room service everyday whereas we dont even get a towel on next day. So we need to call them to get it. 2. The staff could be little humble and welcoming. 3. They should provide customer what they promised of rather than some tiny isolated room which didnt get service even if you stay for more than 2 nights.

Breakfast was fabulous. staff were very friendly and helpful. we had dogs so were upgraded and the apartment was great. location was brilliant in the next road from the beach. we had a carpark space outside. easy to get to other beaches by car. parking was also free on the front. we will definitely be returning. .

Nice comfortable beds and helpful staff. The shower was cold and we were given a quadruple room instead of two twins (not a problem but a warning would’ve been nice. Breakfast also finished early (9:30 on a weekend, while check out was half an hour earlier than advertised.

The hotel has a very small private parking lot, and you have to leave your car on the street where free parking is only available until 9 am. There was broken glass on the floor in the room that cut my leg. There is no internet at all in room 19, and the TV is also not connected to the internet.

Great lounge area ? Free parking unaccessible.
