What a great find! Amazing location, views of the slopes and ski in/out. The staff were so lovely, really helpful. Rooms extremely clean, whole hotel was spotless. Great drinks service. Rooms were warm, hot showers and great ski store. Yummy eggs in the mornings! Some more fresh fruit at breakfast would be great.

Excellent ski room, very close to the lift (200m). Good breakfast, top parking and genuine employee. Don't think there's anything better than this around. Our room was like new and the bathroom had a big and comfy shower.

We would like to say a very big thank you - GRAZIA MILE! Very nice hotel - strongly suggest. Special thank you we would like to say - Maddalena, Manuella and Franko (sorry for maybe grammar in names). These people made our week and we felt very welcome. The room attendant team from Saturday until Thursday were very professional, helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff (Room Service Team) was much unprofessional on the last day - inaccurate and bad time planning. They were the complete opposite of the team that worked all week before - I realized there was another team last week that we were very happy with.
