The speed to check-in and check-out. Professional front desk staff welcome guests with big smile and great supportive to customers. Restaurant view was beautiful. Not much variety of foods but acceptable. Live cooking should be hidden and should be infringed of guests to choose the type and mixture of the eggs.

Nothing An experience not to be repeated. Staff dealing with very vulgar at the reception and not professional especially for the night staff. They always give you the worst room available until you complain the. They give you a little bit better one claiming this is what you paid for. Please never pay until you check the room first because after you pay, nothing you can do. AC was a nightmare. You can’t open the windows because the tiles are broken and insects might get inside. Breakfast was horrible with no choices at all. Thank God it was only one night!

Location is right inside the High City; very scenic. Many restaurants and landmarks are at walking distance like Dabab (Fog) walkway and AlKhayal Park. Art street and Tuesday market is also nearby. Breakfast is really good with lots of options including on-demand omelette. Staff is super friendly and supportive. Price is too high.

PERFECT ALLTHINGS

I found a big spider in the bathroom, and the room I was given was clearly still under maintenance and not properly cleaned. Later that night, I tried turning on the AC and realized it wasn’t working, only for reception to then inform me that the room was actually out of service. I honestly don’t understand how I was assigned a room that wasn’t even functioning properly, and then had to move to a smaller room late at night.

I do not like the room bad smell and unclean furniture My mistake to book the room deluxe before I saw old with bad odour and smelling and refuse cancellation when I discuss with the employee there not appropriate or professional dealing with costumers

The food was good. The hotel was alright but they misrepresented the rooms and ultimately gave us one that we did not book. At the time of the booking, the website said that the room included 2 beds (one queen bed and one sofa bed), a mountain view, a hot tub, and a fireplace. In the end it only had one bed and did not have a hot tub or fire place. The hotel eventually moved us to a room with 2 beds but it was much smaller than the one we originally booked and did not have view. In the end the hotel was fine but it had much less than what was portrayed on the website and was a bit overpriced as a result.

Hot water was intermittent and bathroom quality and amenities were not good
