Very clean and tidy. The rooms are superb in furnishings and decoration. They still use small bottles for shampoo!!

New and clean It’s very loud all night long, we couldn’t sleep because it’s on a very busy road all night long. There are no sufficient sound proof materials in the building/balcony

The property is very spacious and the beds are comfortable, the staff were mostly friendly and accommodating apart from the one lady at the reception who gave me attitude for requesting hot water. The place was clean and neat and the hospitality is outstanding from the guest services in the lobby, they greet you with Arabic coffee, dates and bukhoor. Our room was next to the street and it was a little noisy at night when it was time to sleep.
