موظف الاستقبال سلطان كان متعاون جداً وماقصر معنا ابد نطلب سرير اضافي الساعه 1 وما وصلنا الا الساعه 11 ! ومرتين نفس الموضوع والحمام الباب ماكان ينقفل

Nothing Poor overall experience. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend this property to others.

To be honest staff of the hotel... House keeping & reception if you need anything you need to call 10 times they will answer

Clean and new The staff simply does not care about the guests in any capacity. I reallly would not recommend this hotel. I booked twin beds through booking.com and even the form i signed when i arrived at reception said twin beds but they gave us a big bed. They moved us to another room after we complained. They never answer the phone. We were stranded somewhere and needed a taxi so we called the hotel and they never answered. Even calling reception from the hotel phone in your room is a gamble whether they answer or not. After a long day outdoors we come back to our room on our first night to find no hot water in the shower. When i call the reception an indian employee answers who understands neither English nor arabic. When i try to tell him we have no hot water he thinks im asking for extra water bottles. They send a maintenence worker who tells us he fixed it and to wait 30 minutes but we waited so long until we had to sleep because the water never worked. In the morning it still didnt work so we go to reception to complain and the Egyptian employee acts like he doesn't care at all. He interrupts me to say they'll send maintenence again but if it doesn't work we can only be moved to another room after 4 PM (it was 9 AM in our 2nd day of no showering). They fixed it in the evening. They told us there's a complimentary laundromat in the hotel and it never has soap so you can't use it. The soundproofing is also bad we can hear the street and the hallway very clearly which woke me up many times. The breakfast is extremely limited. There's no labels on anything. Some of the items tasted very bad such as the falafel. We barely ate on our first morning then started going out for breakfast for the next few days. Our room was so far from the main elevators and there was an elevator right next to our room but we couldn't use it. They also don't give you any information on wifi.

موقعه ممتاز على خط السودة وقريب من الحزام نظيف وجديد وتصميمه ممتاز تعامل الطاقم من استقبال للعاملين ممتاز ومتجاوبين الفطور خياراته قليلة لكن بشكل عام جيد الملاحظة الوحيدة ان بعض الغرف مفصولة بباب فأحيانا تسمع صوت الغرفة الثانية لو فيه ازعاج مواقف السيارات مافيها ظل

The reception employee Saeed was very professional and presented the great southern welcoming - very clean rooms and new modern furniture, the gym is quite good Breakfast was very limited to the grade that the second day I skipped it

Reception Staff was very helpful Drinking water they are not providing as complimentary on daily basis. They ve said us to pay and collect from coffee shop. This was not good. Buffet breakfast was full of rush. Some items were not reloaded properly. We were waiting for the staff to reload it.
