The staff was exceptionally helpful and amazing, the breakfast was so good, the room was clean and comfortable. Loved everything about this place! Nothing I didn’t like!

Dated property. Ac out in hotel or not working. Room was updated, but hotel was outdated. Parking was limied.

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. No bath or face soap in the rooms, had to ask at the front desk. Fitness room is minimal, no thermostat, no water, no sanitizer wipes. Dispenser was empty. Fitness cycle was inoperable. Breakfast was good to fair. Good value for the price.

Location, room. We had booked to a large extent on the basis of the pool - it was out of action the entire time and we had to follow up each day to find out - no-one followed up with us even though it was a key service we asked about from check in.

Room was decent. Breakfast was best part of stay. Donna was fantastic. Paid entirely too much money for the stay but it was fine.

Upon arrival at night, the desk staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast attendant Nancy was such a joy and very prompt at restocking breakfast items. You could see the pride she takes in her job. The bed was the most comfortable I slept on during our entire trip. Our room was frigid upon arrival. It took a while to warm up. The room thermostat was set to 58⁰. It was 62⁰ and a/c blasting when we arrived. 65⁰ would have been comfortable to arrive to.

The location was great as was the parking. Staff was awesome and the bed was very comfortable, not the typical hard bed you find in hotels. The hotel was obviously a remodeled older one, as the bath tub could be resurfaced. The breakfast was an attempt at good, but lacked. Overall it was worth it and the bad made it.

This is a great place to stay! I have no complaints! The lady at the desk was absolutely great. She checked me in and out and I’m sorry I did not get her name. The breakfast was good and Donna was friendly and helpful. We will be back next time we are in Abilene..

Great Breakfast, both food and staff. The wifi didn't work and neither did the TV. When I called to have this fixed, I had to call three times. The third time they told me that forgot what room I was in. The TV never got fixed.

Bathroom sink water pressure was very low.

Absolutely adored talking to the breakfast cook, very knowledgeable and extremly enjoyable conversations with her each morning 🙌
