The stay was quiet and comfortable. Did take some time to get help to check in, but we did arrive later in the evening. When checking out couldn’t find anyone at the front desk.

I will not be staying at this hotel again. First off I was staying here three nights for business the second night when I arrived back to my room my door was open. I’m the only person staying in this room. I called down to the lobby and asked if there had been house cleaning in my room that day, they said no, they do not have house cleaning for rooms where occupants are staying more than one night. I told them that my room door was open and that the chair under the desk was out in the middle of the room, and the trashcan was on top of the desk. The manager got on the phone and was very rude and interrupted me. She finally said that they were in my room, shampooing the carpet and I’m like why would you shampoo a carpet in a room that’s being occupied now I’m having to walk around on wet carpet. She did not offer any discount on my stay. The only thing the manager said was she will let them know not to shampoo an occupied room, very disappointed in this day. Will not stay here again.

Then we went to take a shower after a long drive. Also no hot water. I know it’s summer but the water was way too cold to get in! Night staff was great at communicating and even coming to the door. Tried to find another accommodation, being it Father’s Day weekend nothing was available for a family. I waited all week for a call from management. Nothing. This place is not worth coming back if staff communicates better than management. We travel frequent and understand many things that happen. Not being able to have a decent shower is not acceptable. Management not communicating is not acceptable. They want to credit me $50 really for not taking a shower. If breakfast was good I may have thought about it. Even the coffee was bad. I’m not to complain about hospitality since I worked for many years in this field but I am highly disappointed in this experience and especially in communication efforts.

They refused to accept payment from hotels.com and you can’t cancel. This place is a scam.

bathrooms need help, vent fans not working, grout missing in floor tile, rust stains in tub. Time to renovate

Staff was excellent however the whole facility was very run down for what I considered to be the Comfort Inn name. Paid $187 plus. A dirty rag on our bathtub, bathtub had rust and look like wet inner walls. Air Conditioner kept us up all night (possibly a bearing)... Kept on and off and sounded like a jet engine at takeoff! Elevator inside door was missing a cover. Breakfast

The hallway was clean and nice smelling, but our room was musty, dewy and the carpet felt wet. It also was incredibly dirty and got our feet covered in black dirt.

Room was not maintained Very used

While the staff was courteous and attempted to assist, the lack of a properly functioning air conditioning system significantly impacted the stay. For travelers visiting during warmer weather, I recommend confirming that the HVAC system is operating correctly before checking in. I hope management addresses these issues promptly, as comfortable room temperatures are a basic expectation for any hotel stay.

Very nice and clean

Staff at check in was helpful and sweet, breakfast starts at 6:30am for those looking for an early start.

The elevator was broken, the tub was torn on the bottom, the bathroom smelled like urine. The floor felt like it was going to fall through. For paying $300 for this hotel we did not get what we paid for. Will not stay there again. Highly disappointed. Front desk just laughed and said the elevator will be fixed tomorrow. Either way, not happy.

They need a new manager, one that knows the laws for service animals. Charged us a $300 deposit for our service dog, then charged us a cleaning fee even though for 2 days we left the do not disturb sign off the door and they refused to come in and clean it. She wanted to say we had it in the door the whole time, we lost for a whole day so she is definitely a liar and doesn’t care. Also the cleaning employees are awesome. Cleaning people were probably the most enjoyable thing about this place, you can tell the manager isn’t nice to the employees either which I could tell when I spoke to her the first time.

It was clean that’s about it. Loud ac unit, uncomfortable bed, spotlight shining in from the outside, yuck breakfast, very high price, no blankets for the couch bed. Those should be already in the room for use! No one wants to go back down after arriving late to get them. 188 dollars for the room then 50.00 hold deposit that I may or may not receive in 5 days. Okay so sit in my money for that long. ? Side note the bath tub is so slick I almost busted my ? very dangerous.

It was ok for one night. The hotel was decent but wasn't worth the money. Hotel was in visible disrepair and lacking upkeep. The breakfast was a nice perk before I checked out. The bathroom faucet was leaking, and the toilet took a while to fill up. The finished cover on back of elevator door was missing. It just appeared that the hotel needs a lot of maintenance.

Room was clean and much larger than most. Without saying so, I think they must have upgraded us. Great place to stay. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Very convent location.

The ac was very loud while on. The drain had issues, so the bath was filling up while using the shower. There were crumbs in the pull out couch with crackers underneath it.

The room was not cleaned properly, there were dirty towels in the room
