The environment was cozy, well-maintained, and conveniently located within the city. Overall, the experience was excellent. The staff were neatly dressed, and my room was cleaned regularly and thoroughly. I also appreciated the attentive security and guest-monitoring procedures, as staff consistently checked in whenever I had visitors arriving or departing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return whenever I am in Abuja. Nothing really!! Everything was ok ?

I like the location of the Hotel - a quite location. I also like the size of the room. It was very roomy and has a balcony to go with the room. I did not like the fact that Breakfast was not included, even though Booking.Com indicated that free breakfast was included. This is a big minus to the hotel.

Towel, toiletries and bedsheets issues every day. They don't ever have enough. I was one time a wet towel and another time slightly wet pillowcases and even 2 instead of 3 for the 3 pillows. A little disappointed. The environment is quiet, just like I like it. And easily accessible to central areas

Excellent location The Reception claimed that there were No rooms available as soon as I announced that I booked through Booking.com. Apparently, their rates are higher than those of Booking.com, so, apparently, they only accept Booking.com guests when they ha e no other guests. I showed them my confirmation from Booking.com but it meant nothing to them. This is a trade malpractice which needs to be addressed

This Hotel Located is Asokoro has exceeded my expectations. Amazing accommodations, laundry service, daily breakfast wake-up calls and even filled the pool for us. The staffing had excellent service although there’s always one bad apple. The hotel has everything you need for purchases with convenient food within walking distances, pharmacy near by and small general store located across the street. I would rate this hotel a 9/10 as our last day out of two weeks was very emotionally exhausting and overly apologetic with the treatment of staff members and their authority. A formal complaint would suffice. One bad apple can ruin a good bunch.

I booked the hotel on Booking.com, and upon arrival they hotel gave the room to another person, and the receptionist asked me to cancel the booking with a NO SHOW as the reason for my cancellation so they could give me another room. I refused that i can't cancel the booking using a No Show as the motive, whereas im at the facilities . The receptionist arrogantly sent me away, and i became stranded. After boading a taxi from the airport to the hotel very expensive, i was left with mo option than to board another taxi again to another hotel with all the tiredness and inconveniences. His reason for me to cancel the booking was for him not to pay any commission to booking.com. Even the manager was in support that i should cancel the booking on Booking.com and that he was going to give me another room, but i refused due to their arrogance Everything was bad
