The charging ports beside the bed were faulty.

Meals was excellent and location was very to my destination the next day. Elevator in the building would have been ideal.

There was a bit of an incident where a tea spoon was missing (I don’t know why) and they wouldn’t let me check out because of this. Apart from this everything was good

Some friendly staff. This is the second time my room was changed even after booking confirmed it. I was forced to take a higher value room against my booking confirmation and this is the second time.

Breakfast was fine, service was good, everyone from the Gate Security to the Service Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. I didn’t really spend much time at the Hotel, as I was in & out most of the day, but my overall experience was pretty good. PS: The bathroom (and I’m VERY particular about Hotel bathrooms) was super clean ???!

It’s in a cool nice location and easy to access. The access door to the wing where some of the rooms are located is not well secured. Anyone could go in and reception area will not know and that’s somewhat risky.

It’s serenity and cleanliness Someone attempted to enter my apartment, when I called security the person ran. But the cctv camera was on, and we couldn’t find the person.

The quiet and Serene environment I had no idea I had to go to the restaurant to get breakfast, in the suite I stayed in, no number was provided to call the kitchen to confirm how the breakfast arrangement is as a first time guest.

Staff and the environment are serene and quiet. Is a love place to be, especially when your privacy is true. From my first stay, I enjoyed my stay and never stopped coming because of the excellent ambience and courteous staff reception at the front desk. Rita is super polite and nice The security need to identify their guests from the gate to ensure full security coverage as this will help control people who trail others.
