Extremely SLOW service. More than a few times, cold food, after waiting an hour after ordering. For the hotel cost, I expect much better from a Hilton hotel. Complained the room AC wasn"t adjustable, didn't get resolved. When my complaints to hotel management were addressed, nothing was offered to resolve issues.

The location is massive, beautiful and very nice. The breakfast had lots of options. The smell of the carpet in the rooms. I think it is time for replacement.

I like the neatness of the property, I like the people that clean the rooms because they are very heard working and respectful. I don’t like the attitude of the room service because I reguested for water and even pleaded with the person that answered me that I am very tasty but I didn’t get the water till I was almost calling and crying before getting the water after four hours.

One stop shop for needs Too busy and noisy lobby. Kids running around . Bath tub in my room is so high and is a safety concern

The food was great. There was so much variety that every taste was carted for. There was no android phone charger

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice lobby and breakfast area. Need to replace the rugs in the room and the bathtub is outdated and too steep to get in and out. The hotel should shut down one floor at a time and remodel the hotel from top to bottom.
